This company is ****ming pensioners. They ****med my mother of her pension money with Debi check deductions for things that she is unaware of Please cancel this nonsense and refund my mother, she needs that money to buy medication

Please stop ****ming uneducated pensioners and drawing multiple debit orders from their pension money leaving them with nothing to buy their medications. We know you need to make a quick buck but please have a soul and refund people who have no idea why their money is taken

Refusal to assist and refund pensioner
Dear Capitec Bank Please help protect uneducated pensioners from ****mers who run unauthorised debit orders in their pensions. It’s unacceptable that my mother’s pension will be clawed all out before she can even get her medication and your bank refuses to assist in clawing back her money from these people. Debit orders are refundable

DSTV Cheats and *******
DSTV has a self service portal I made an error on the portal whilst trying to downgrade (I am no IT guru Mna) but added an extra decoder I don’t have. DSTV billed me double but now say they cannot refund me Cash is hard these days, DSTV cannot just take my hard earned cash and smile all the way to the bank because of a terrible self serving system that allows them to benefit unfairly They either find a way to credit back my R1000 or I walk away with R1000 every month that I was paying them. 20 years of being a customer and I’m just a number Never

Poor internet. Worse service
Today marks the fourth day without internet. When you call hold for long until you give up. They say they will call back but won’t. If you are lucky to go through they say they need to transfer you and just drop the call. Emails go unanswered. It’s sad, it’s painful, it hurts. Everyday they are billing me for no service at all but just pain

Rise of Trauma
Dealing with rise properties was so traumatic I had to resign from BOT. The bullying, ************, disrespect, etc was toxic and taxing on one’s mental health. I almost gave up property as an investment vehicle. Imagine warfare with a service provider, bleeding financially whilst the standard of the property deteriorates. Luckily other investors assured me that this would pass and I am glad we have a new dawn with a new MA. We wish them well but definitely will not miss Rise

Makro soiled my daughters birthday surprise
I ordered skates at Makro online to be delivered on my daughter’s birthday. Makro never delivered. No word. No Explanation. I had to call and follow up. Everytime stories. Today it’s the 4th oh July exactly month since my daughter’s birthday passed, still no present, my money is still not returned for me to look for a present for her. Now they I’ll get the money after 5 days

Nandos bad experience
Terrible experience at Nandos off Lynwood road (opp Grove Mall). Almost an hour waiting for my order. Apparently they were out of chicken. Imagine. They don't even say. Then when the order comes, under cooked chicken, sharing chips not full in the packet, closer to half, those little sachets of source, out of stock. I'm just speachless nje. Why do businesses think it's OK to give substandard service on busy days.

Terrible service from Tracker
I am so disappointed with Tracker. After so many years as their client and even recommending them for our fleet at work they unjustly suspended my account and notified me that my account is in active. They continued to bill me on the account they suspended unprovoked but not restoring my service. I asked them to write to me as they did when they suspended my account to let me know that my account is restored. To this day they never wrote back but just continued billing me. Now they have handed over my impeccable name to the lawyers to black list me. What a shame! When I call them they transfer me from desk to desk then drop me. If i am lucky I get a nicer consultant who promise me a call back which never comes. After chasing after them unsuccessfully for almost a year now this.
