Some opened contract under my name. I noticed with debit check from bank which I declined. They called and asl if Anita the phone 11 May. Told them I never took a contract with cell c. Agent gavee a fraud email adress to send an affidavit and i did that 17 Maynow they debiting my accout. STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT. I REPORTED THIS IM MAY ALREADY.
I visited GYM company Florida North today. Both my phones and my smart watch were stolen in my locked locker. I try reach out to the manager and what irritated me the most was the fat that he was so chilled about it nd was like yeah these thing happens here. I'm starting to believe they work together they way he was chilled. he wen on and said we need to leave the valuables at reception. I even asked if you say so why is this not written anywhere to warm people who ae visiting for the 1st time? This man had a nerve to tell hat they don't put signs they just tell people. I have never met a so unprofessional manager in my life My family and i are gong back to Virgin active.
I have been waiting for my parcel DJ0000292546 and I have recieved and email stating Dear customer, It is a pity that your order GSHMHJ006000J8N tracking number BUFZA3070205705YQ delivery has attempted failure.The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc.Please kindly contact your local carrier to get the parcel soon in case it return to sender. We are always at your service if you need any help. I have mom who is a pensioner and never leaves the house unless I take her. I have been working from home and NO ONE called me. I have called yesterday with no help and today I have called and waited for 19 minutes only to be told the systems are offline should call back in 30 min. What is going on? I need my parcel delivered.

My name is Simphiwe Zaukana. I have registered for business management course 14 Dec around 11:00am. The lady that registered me gave me a short course. I called the next day 15 Dec at 10:00am Spoke to Sarah and I explained to her that I want to change to a higher Certificate. She then told me that shell deregister me and the agent will contact me anytime between the 15th and 17th Dec to register for a higher certificate. That did NOT Happen. I then again spent my airtime and called back on the 17 Dec at 12:00 and spoke to a agent named Lihle Velebhayi. And I explained the very same matter and she said Sarah the agent who assisted me did not cancel the registration. She will then do it on her side and the consultant again will be in touch to register me for a higher certificate. It's the 22nd today and still that did not happen. In addition to that I sent an email to info@iqa.ac.za regarding this matter 15 Dec and followed up 21 Dec still no response. I was so interested in studying with IQA since I was referred by my wife because she studied through you I'm starting to reconsider because of bad service from your consultant and unprofessionalism. Please revert to me and changed my course to a higher certificate or we cancel the whole thing.
I'm really not happy you and not done business with you ever in my life. I have lodged a query with you in 10 April regarding someone opening up a account using my details Natasha Har**** emailed me back and ask me to do ak affidavid and send it to them which I did and no response from this woman. Not I see when I'm checking my credit status with my bank I'm still in 8 months arrears for this nonsense. I have been following up with this Natasha Har**** and Still no response. Good day, It has come to my attention October 2019 that I have an account with you of which I dont. The consultant wanted to confirm delivery address using my work number. I told them that I have never applied with them and they told me I got the delivery the last time. I asked which address and the could not disclose. I was asked to go make an affidavit and send it which I did the same day. I have sent it on got a response from this email address saying they are investigating the matter. It's been over 7 months now with no response. I have checked my credit score and it appears that I'm in 7 Months arrears with your company. As mentioned before on their mail and to your consultant that I have never owned anything from home choice. Below is their response from home choice post sending the affidavit... I have never heard anything from them since. Please help to resolve this. As I'm applying for credit relief on this covid 19 outbreak and Homechoice is appearing on my credit profile that I am 7 months in arrears.. Wow wow where so i start. My name is Simphiwe Zaukana. I have took my Black Audi A3 to be fixed at Auto Magic Linbro park 2 times. all i am is satisfied customer You can not fault them anywhere. From customer service. Reception, and the all the staff members are so professional and know how to treat customer. The work they have done on my car is phenomenal. Keep up the good work team
