I received my book very dirty, full of mud, Don't know why they would deliver a book like this. How do you miss this when packing the order. Disgusting!!!!!
I am highly upset with my recent order I made, I ordered my study material that is quite urgent and the stuff I took said "get it today" now you inform me that you don't have stock. I needed my textbooks yesterday already. Now no one can help me and I was forced to cancel my order as I need my textbooks today. The lady I spoke with stated that my textbooks are in stock in Johannesburg but can't be delivered today, It was supposed to be delivered yesterday already!!!! I am not waiting another week for my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!! So that I can buy my books elsewhere, I am a regular customer of yours but you won't have my support after today.
I received my new TV from Teljoy yesterday, only to find that it arrived damaged. Since then, I have spent the entire day trying to get assistance and clarity on when the unit will be replaced. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful response or timeline from the support team. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and support has been frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expected a higher level of service, especially when dealing with a damaged product straight out of the box. I sincerely hope this matter will be resolved urgently, and that Teljoy can improve its after-sales support going forward.
Please be cautious when dealing with Jet Debt Counsellors. Unfortunately, they do not appear to be legitimate. I reached out to them during a difficult time when I needed financial assistance, and I paid them a substantial amount monthly. Recently, after managing to settle all my debt, I attempted to exit debt counselling. However, I was unable to reach them—their phone lines are inactive, and they have not responded to any of my emails. It seems they have disappeared without a trace. I contacted the National Debt Counsellors’ Association (NDCSA), and to my surprise, they informed me that I was never officially under debt counselling. While this is ultimately a relief, I am now left wondering what Jet Debt Counsellors did with all the money I paid them.
Their customers cervice is very bad. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 2 1/2 years with cell c fibre. Every month they cut my line stating I did not make payment every time I have to send them the POP they will put it on, once on the next day my line is cut again I have to call again forward them the POP AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. One month they cut my line for nearly 3 weeks stating I did not pay even though I did and sent them the POP multiple times they said they will reimburse me the money back for that month I did not have service I am still waiting. They are the worst again today I came home my line is cut again I call them they said I did not make payment I call them again the guy on the line saying "he can see on the system that the payment was sent and he is so sorry" I am sick and tired of your nonsense I am definitely cancelling!!!!
I placed an order online on the 7th of June at KFC Gift acres, I received an sms that the driver is on his way. A few minutes later I get an email and sms that my order have been successfully delivered and I must enjoy my food. I never received my food I went to KFC Gift acres they didn't want to give me my food and also didn't want to refund me. I had to file a complaint at head office, I did so immediately and they said they will refund me. After numerous calls on a daily bases "no they will pay me back etc.." I still did not receive my money back. I called them again on the 14th of June, I spoke to a lady named Zandile, she informed me that the refund was made on the same day on the 7th and that I should call my bank because the money is not with them anymore. I called my bank they know of nothing regarding a refund from KFC. A few minutes later I receive an email stating that my refund have been successfully loaded and should reflect back in my account after 7 - 14 working days!!!!! After I called you guys from the 7th you only refunded me on the 14th. You have the worst customer service ever. And I for one will not support you anymore!!!!!!!!
This is now day 21 without any WIFI. Each and every time I call you give me a different reason as to why it is off!!! This is ridiculous. This cannot continue like this. I have already paid for the month, I have requested someone to come an have a look as to why my WIFI is off no one have made an effort to come. I have requested numerous time for a manager to call me no one called. My ticket number is 287438. Blerrie PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cell C fiber, The most pathetic experience of my life. They cancelled my fiber line for no reason what so ever. I called numerous times every day, today is day 15 without any wiffi (that I already paid for, like I pay every month) every time I call they give me a different excuse as to why my wiffi is off. I got in contact with a line manager Senzo Jwara no help at all, a lady by the name of Bianca Fourie in the admin department whas supposed to keep us up to date with what is going on, that is what good customer setvice is, but instead they just keep quiet and I have to call in daily with no help. I am very disappointed in the service from the fiber department. If I can advice anyone rather choose a different service provider, AVOID CELL C FIBER!!!
I bought the Freestyle Libre sensor to assist me with the readings of my sugar, the sensor fell off after 6 days I paid R 1 087.00 for the sensor. I went to the pharmacy to collect a new sensor (Medipost Pharmacy in Gezina) the lady informed me that she is unable to assist as the company must sent a rep to replace the sensor. I was already upset because my other machine I test my sugar with is broken so I was relying on this sensor to test my sugar. I called the Abbott diabetic care at 0800222688, they are unhelpful I informed them of the urgent need I have for the sensor they informed me that I must wait 7 days for them to replace the sensor, WHY??? you did not wait 7 days to take my money and your customer care agents are rude and unhelpful, I am very unhappy, and to say this was my very first time buying this sensor....
For over 2 months now Telkom have been deducing from my account throughout the month i have no funds in my account at that time amd then i have to pay bank fees for debit order that was unsuccessful they did not stick to the date we agreed on to deduct on the 28th they just deduct when they want to. I called again this morning they informed me that my account is at collections "i did not even know i owe them any money" they never called the lady told me they can deduct anytime throughout the month i was furious and told her you cant deduct at any time how am i supposed to know when you are going to deduct??? I will never ever use telkom again!!!!!!!!!!! I asked the lady to put me through to collections ahe said customers cant talk to collection TELKOM SUCK!!!!!! PLEASE DONT USE TELKOM USE ANOTHER NETWORK PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
