Not sure how you select your service providers but I do suggest you do a decent check on them as they are not the best when it comes to service . Resulting in giving local pros a bad name . I will not recommend any one to use your service again as I am waiting now almost a month for nkageng skips to pick up their skip. A service provider you suggested.
Not very happy with the service you provide . It's now 3 weeks going for a month that I am waiting for you to come and pick up the skip. You left the skip half in the road and I have my neighbors complaining in my ears daily. Not too sure what type of company does this .
Still waiting for them to generate link to pay customs. I have been waiting now since 26 November 2025 . When one phone them all they say is that they will escalate it and I will receive a link within 24 hours . That is not happening . Order Z30005149994.
So disappointed in this courier. Made arrangements to deliver parcel and at last minute they cancel. I am busy and do not have all the time in the world to sit around and wait. Now it is pursponed to Saturday between 8 and 1 so yet again another 5 hours I can't do nothing
My contract has reached it expiry. Phone customer service to cancel this contract and make it pre paid as I will not be needing it . Got an email confirming that this will take effect on 30 april 2025 as requested yet vodacom is still taking my money for this speciffic contract 3 months later . This is *****ing.
Please could someone answer me how on earth Solar supply got it right to become an approved supplier for MFC as the service that are giving are terrible.
Solar was installed in December 2024 . Still waiting for my COC . Everything I contact them whether it's for a fault or coc they will get back to me. From installation till now it's been a mission and a struggle. Ask them why my solar error says bypass failure they don't answer .
They confirmed January 2023 that it will be my last debit order as i had canceled the contract already in december 2022.. yet the took my money again... i call this stealing

19/079212 Im a new home owner and a few weeks back my lapa burnt down .. logged a claim with standard bank insurance took them two and a half weeks to reject my claim.. i have been requesting for them to send through the report and my policy as to why this xlaim has been rejected a month later i am still waiting for this to happen ... as i am a new home owner i do not know how these things work and the fact that this claim has been rejected because of defective workmanship and i did not build it . I dont agree . It left me with the question that what if my house also burnt down because of this that means that i would be homeless now sleeping on the street... i do not appreciate the fact that a simple request to send through a report and a policy cant be done ....
