My problem is the same as many others here. Hire a car for a day and the deposit is not refunded. This is the first and the last time I will hire a car from Sani. They promise and definite;y do not deliver. DON'T USE THEM
I have received the best service ever from Lee-Anne Swartz from customer service. She rep**** to my initial email within hours and took the trouble to find a receipt from months ago in order for me to receive a refund on a faulty product. She also arranged the refund with the store. It gives a consumer confidence to continue buying from Checkers when they have someone like Lee-Anne to help when you have a problem. Thank you Lee-Anne
Albertinia moved my furniture from George to Johannesburg and they are the best. I received the most professional service from the time I emailed them for a quote to the time the truck drove away after delivering. Everything went like clock work the driver and crew were amazing and everything arrived in perfect order. I can highly recommend them.
I had appointments at 09h00 at the clinic at Clicks Clearwater. The store opened on time but the pharmacy and clinic are closed as both nurse and pharmacist are late!! I think this is unacceptable especially as I had an appointment. I will not be returning to the Clicks clinic anytime soon.
On the 17th December my 24 month contract expired. On the 6th December I phoned to convert my contract to prepaid I spoke to Nqobile. I paid R199 at the end of December even though I received no data etc. I purchased data and on the 17th January it disappeared as my contract switched to prepaid. On 1st February MTN processed another debit order for R199 so I reversed it. 1st March another R199 debit order so I reversed that one also. I have written no less than 6 emails to customer service explaining all of this. They have not had the courtesy to reply to one of them . I keep getting sms's threatening my credit rating, for R199 SERIOUSLY!!!! I have had contracts for more than 20 years with MTN and this is how they treat good, loyal customers.
In January I paid cash for 6 months chronic medication as we were going overseas for 6 months. I wasn't aware you had to give 2 weeks notice and get approval. Anyway it was approved and now the battle to get reimbursed is an absolute nightmare. I have submitted invoices for February and March which have been rejected as nobody takes the trouble to check that it was authorised. I have sent endless emails to no avail. When I get back to SA I will be ending this relationship permanently as they are absolutely useless.
I have to admit I did expect some sort of apology for my 800gram block of cheese going moldy 4 weeks before the sell by date and 5 weeks before the best before date, but nothing, it's been over a week and nothing. Just a call asking for more info. I am so disappointed in this company and it's lack of customer service, I will never buy Clover again.
I phoned and cancelled my contract mid June. I then went onto the self service option and made sure it was cancelled. On 1st August I was debited again!!!!! What do you have to do to get service???? I want this contract cancelled immediately. I will reverse the debit order if this is not cancelled.
I have sold my property and want to cancel the insurance. I held on the phone forever, someone eventually asked for my ID number then more music and that was it!!!! I emailed and got no response. I tried to go the self service route, doesn't work. I cannot believe ABSA accept this total lack of service from their staff. I would never ever recommend ABSA I Direct to anybody as they would only receive non existent help!
Excellent service from start to finish. Annine always kept me informed and replied to my emails promptly.
