PLEASE DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I cancelled my service and have been on a Pre Paid service which means my billing gets debited on the beginning of the month for the month. So I chatted to many chat agents on whatsapp and they've advised me that I would not get billed today, but the debit still went off. Any now i cannot get through to anyone. All i get is escalations which never get escalated really because i have never been contacted for any of these escalations. I really dont know how to get my refund. Please everyone, for your own sanity, do NOT sign up with these guys. Their Internet service is absolutely weak, Their customer service is pathetic. I am going to sue this company and make sure they never **** again
I recently took my vehicle for a service at VW Umhlanga. My vehicle needed attention and part changes, at which I was told that there’s aftermarket parts in my vehicle. Prior to this service, I had other repairs done on my vehicle at an RMI dealership. I also requested that my brakes needs to be changed because my brakes were so bad and sounded like metal against metal and was making loud noises. All these were rejected by VW, and apparently they said that my brake pads had sufficient life on them and cannot be changed. How is that so when every time I brake, it sounds really bad and very loud. This is very very poor service. Now my vehicle is out of motor plan (which they were well aware of) and VW did everything in their power not to fix my vehicle, especially knowing that I won’t have a motorplan anymore. I will not take my vehicle back to this dealership and I advise that if you need to service or repair your vehicle, take your vehicle to another VW dealership with friendly staff who will assist in your repairs and not look for excuses not to repair. I had to co Stanton nag the service adviser for my invoices to which I haven’t got any feedback. MY OPINION IS NOT TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO VW UMHLANAGA BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR SERVICE.
Att: Sherwood KFC. Managers: Subash and Snothile I will never go to this KFC ever again! This KFC should close down permanently in my opinion. I drove up to the window and ordered 2 of the clever box meals. I was told there were no sugar free soda fountain drinks and that I had to pay R3 each for the sugar drinks. The cashier spoke to me very rudely as if she just wanted to get rid of me to attend to another customer. I opted for the tangy sauce to be swooped out to white sauce on the crunch burgers which I was denied. Then I was told they could only swop out one of the burgers. Why not both??!! I went to pay and wanted to pay with 2 cards which I was told that they won’t allow it. Anyway I drove up to receive my order and the 2 soda fountain cup drinks was handed to me without the holder. I was told they don’t have any holders. Every time I attend this KFC, there is 1 or more item that is out of stock, and the food is not upto standards. I brought the meals home and the chicken was drenched in oil, so much so that the oil seeped onto the wrap of the burger. My wife refused to eat the chicken because she said it was too oily and had a funny smell. The burger ingredients had just been thrown together and so untidily. After eating my meal, I started to feel sick and threw up all that I ate. This KFC doesn’t take pride in their food or service. I absolutely regret ordering from this KFC and will never go to this branch ever again. After today’s experience with the oily chicken, I don’t think I will eat KFC for a very long time. I request that I get my refund back for this order!
I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes on 28/11/23. The delivery was made yesterday(12/12/23) with only 2 pairs of shoes in the package. Converse website states that the delivery is complete, yet there is 1 pair of shoes outstanding. No one has had the decency of contacting me about this. I have made a number of calls through to the couriers and Skye Distribution, as well as Skye Polo Converse. Out of so many calls to Skye, the very few that were answered went to the switchboard operator, and then transferred to the online team(who never not once answered the call). The switchboard operator then told me she’s leaving my details with the relevant people to contact me. I was then contacted 24 hours later by a lady named Sharron, and for some reason, the call got cut. Sharron never worried to call me back. I tried many times to contact her and never got through. She then contacted me much later(after leaving several messages with switchboard), saying she’s been busy. She then went on to say that Converse is going to refund me. I do not want a refund as this is what I bought at a discounted price through the Black Friday sale. My wife loves that style and does not want any other. Sharron then went on to say that she was going to let her manager Thandeni go through the refund process with me and Thandeni will get in contact with me. I cancelled my account in July 2022. I got debited right until October. Ive requested a refund for the accumulated amount that was debited from my account after cancellation. I called on the 4th October to query the refund and that's the day they actually cancelled my account. On the 17th October, I sent in my bank confirmation letter that was requested by Getmore so that they can do the refund. It's now the 3rd of November and I haven't received my money. Everyday I call and someone tells me that Getmore is gone refund me "tomorrow" Looks like Getmore doesn't want to give me my money back. IM SICK AND TIRED OF WASTING MY AIRTIME EVERYDAY JUST FOR GETMORE TO TELL ME THE SAME THING DAY AFTER DAY!!!!
I wasted 45 of my call minutes trying to rectify a problem which hasn’t been rectified. I went to the shop to buy a few things, used my card and it declined - HOW EMBARRASSING!!! I called in and used 25 minutes, my card had some how been blocked and the lady at the end of my call unblocked my card. Went to the garage to fuel up, the same afternoon…. DECLINED AGAIN!! I called in and used another 20 minutes and no one answered. I’m wasting my time and minutes for something that standard bank thought was fraudulent activity on my card, so they blocked it!!! If this doesn’t get sorted out today, I’m changing my banks. I’ve had it with this bank. They’re absolutely of no help. This is the 3rd issue I’m having with Standard Bank. And I’ve been banking with them from 2011!!!
On 13 October 2021, My wife and I dined at the Glen Ashley branch in durban for a birthday supper but the service from arrival up until we left was pathetic. Prior, earlier this week, I had made a reservation & when I got to the restaurant, after giving my details to the waiter, he looked rather confused and told us to choose any table. Our food was brought with garnish on-top of it that looked like a garden! It was a platter filled with lemons rather than food! When we removed it, we could actually count a handful of calamari which were not the flavor we ordered, the prawns were as if they were half eaten & without even being seasoned/flavor, the fish tasted horrible, the calamari tentacles were like boiled with a dry and elastic texture. We didn’t even know who was our waiter, we had to constantly wave our hands and look around for someone to attend to us. One of the waiters approached us to ask if everything is okay & my wife told him how unhappy we were with everything & the food, he’s response was “Ok”. We will certainly not be going back to this restaurant again and will not recommend anyone either!
I’ve been waiting from yesterday for an agent to get back to me. I’ve sent countless emails for feedback. My home installation for fibre is not complete and the guys told me that someone will come today to complete the installation and no one has come yet. I took leave and my debit for Webafrica has gone out already. This is total **** honestly!
I got an email from my work account stating that I have 75% off of my first order with a maximum discount of r100. So I made an order and when I clicked on redeem code, it says my account is not eligible for promotions. This is my first order and I got sent this email but then it says it’s not eligible. This is very dissatisfying UberEats!
