I wish I could give them 0 stars. I sent my husband to go and collect my items at the Tzaneen branch, as I do not get time to go due to my work. The staff was so unfriendly with him and they refused to assist him even though he had my ID with the Item's slips. He also wanted to buy a pair of ear pods. He asked them to please phone me to confirm that I did send him to collect my Items but they said no they wont assist, he then said he will then pay for the Ear pods and try and see if I can go in, they then told him they cant help him cause he wants to pay by card, he has to go and draw cash. The branch knows he is my husband and they know I always send him to collect my stuff as I cannot get there because of my work. I am so tired of this Tzaneen branch and the staff who is always unfriendly and always treat customers as if they are worthless.
Tzaneen KFC lifestyle centre is the worst ever. Firstly you get the worst service every time. We ordered 3x fully loaded box meals. The chips are so old (probably yesterday's chips) the chicken is old, the burgers are so badly prepared the patty looks like they cut it in half no tomato on and the lettuce are old and barly any sauce on the burger. Everytime we go there there is some sort of problem. When we complain to the manager and owner of the branch all that gets said is "We sorry nè" but nothing ever changes. This is the last time I will waist my money on a KFC where you get food that is so badly prepared. How do they even pass the health regulations.
Worst service ever. My package is still with the courier company cause they just cant get the delivery right. I was called by the driver on monday to arrange delivery, but he was not even in the right town no contact again to try and arrange to get it delivered. Then i got an sms to say my delivery is scheduled still I have not received my tracking number or my package. I cannot reach them telephonically cause they just dont anwser or by email cause it keeps on returning saying the email does not exist. No i am wIring for my Package that is over R1000 worth and no obe can help me.
Capitec bank Tzaneng mall. The consultant named Valley gave us such excellent service. It was fast and he was real friendly, hd answered all our questions and assisted us from start toend without a problem. Thank you for you amazing and ftiendly service

My debit order for my beauty box went off on 1 August 2022. They say my package would be received within 14days, after a few follow ups from my side I was informed I will receive it within the week of the 18th of August 2022. Then I got a message from the courier company to say my package will be delivered on Friday 19 august 2022, They never pitched up or bothered to call me, On 22 August 2022 I called them and I was then informed, there was no one at the office cause they only got to my office at 18:45 I then told them to be sure to be here before 16:30 they then informed me I will have my package on 23 august 2022, now again I receive a message to say They are unable to deliver cause no one is at the office. I am at the office currently as I am at the office from 7:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday I don't even go out for lunch. Still not once has the courier company bothered to call me to find out where they can get me to deliver my package, now I have to pay for something I didn't even receive. This is very bad. Isabella Garcia doesn't even follow up with the client to confirm if they received the package and if they are happy with it. they are quick to sell stuff to you but after that they are dead quite. Will I ever get my package?????
this company is the worst. my packaged was meant to be delivered on 19/08/22 as per the courier message, never pitched, when I went to track my package they said they could deliver the package cause the office was closed at 18:45, I told them to deliver the package before that time at about 16:30 latest. I phoned on Monday 22/08/22 again to follow up again and again they said my package will be delivered on 23/08/22 now i get another message saying they weren't able to deliver my package cause There is no one at the office but I am here at the office waiting I told them clearly I only leave at 16:30. No one called me, no one was here nothing. I have been waiting for that package since the 14th of August As my order was done on the 1st of August with Isabella Garcia and it takes up to 14 days to deliver. They are unreliable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I Applied for credit with Capri, I got a call From them taking my order and stating everything is in order they, it is just going to credit vetting and then they will inform me, It has been more than 2 weeks and I requested feedback, Then I got a call from a lady from the number 0105102797, I couldn't hear her properly as her line kept on cutting out, she told me in a very rude manner, I am being fraudulent on my application, I asked her to please explain what she means with that and she then just asked me questions like what's my ID and home address and my husbands name, and about judgements on my name, I answered all her questions honestly then asked her again what does she mean with I am being fraudulent on my application, then she said she will call me back and before I could say anything she put the phone down in my ear. I was so disgusted with this service I received from this place I sent an email to cancel my order and application. I am no longer interested in this company. The Consultant who stated she was a supervisor didn't once try and assist me she was just rude and treated me like a criminal.

McDonald's Savannah Polokwane has the worst service ever they always make you wait 20+Min for ur order and by the time you get it half the stuff is not there, when you ask for it, you get told oh sorry the hotchocolate machine is broken, when asked why you weren't told on order they say, sorry I didn't know. Common it's ****py service, this was the uptenth time it happens.
