HOW DO CANCEL A TRIP ONE NIGHT BEFORE THE DEPARTURE WITH A LAME EXCUSE THAT IT CAN BE DONE AT THIER DISCRETION WHEN CAPACITY IS NOT MET. WHY NOT INFORM WELL IN ADVANCE SO I COULD MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.
BAD SERVICE THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING MY PARCEL HOSTAGE FOR 1MONTH.
AFTER A DAY OF RETAIL THERAPY THE WIFE AND I DECIDED TO HAVE A QUICK COFFEE AND BOOTLEGGERS WAS RIGHT ON HAND. I THINK THAT ATLEAST SHOULD I HAVE THE CHIOICE OF HOW WANT MY COFFEE. WHEN THE COFFEE CAME TO BE COLLECTED AT THE COUNTER I NOTICE IT'S BEEN SERVED IN A COOLDRICK DUMBLER. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THIS NORMAL. I MENTIONED WHY A GLASS AND NOT A NORMAL COFFEE MUG THE RESPONSE WAS SIMPLY THIS IS HOW WE SERVE OUR COFFEE. I LOVE MY COFFE HOT BUT NO I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE COFFEE TO BE COLD BEFORE I COULD LIFT TO HAVE A SIP. COOLDRINK TUMBLERS ARE FOR COOLDRINK. AND COFFEE ARE SREVED IN COFFEE MUGS WITH A HANDLE. WHY COULDN'T I NOT JUST HAVE IT IN A TAKE AWAY CUP.
WELL VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN MILNERTON KOEBERG ROAD. IT WAS RATHER SAD TO SEE THE STATE OF THE PLACE AND THE THE PLAY AREA FOR MY GRAND KIDS WAS NOT PLEASANT. WHEN I REQUESTED FOR ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS TO GIVE THE PLAY AREA A SWEEP AS MY GRANDS KIDS WAS PLANNING TO PLAY IN IT. WELL SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO THE AREA AND WAITING WILL WITH NO AVAIL FOR SOMEONE TO HEED TO MY HUMBLE REQUEST. DOING THE ORDER AND CHECKING MY SLIP AFTERWARDS I CLEARLY STATED A BOY AND GIRL FOR THE KIDS HAPPY MEAL, TO DIASTINGISH I SUPPOSE FOR THE TOY ATTACHED TO THAT MEAL. CAN I SAY TO MY SURPRISE I RECIEVED TO TOYS FOR A BOY, 'A RED CAR'
Well have the chance to venture outdoors for a bit after a lengthy winter the family divided to go to Stodels Belleville for lunch and also an added benefit the life animals for the kids and the chance for them to feed the animals. Well to say the least the animals got more food than we received. Firstly being seated at a that can comfortably take two but we were four adults and three kids, and to notice that at other tables that can seat 6 to 8 people were two whites/boere sitting. Secondly there are about 6 entry points to the eating and a girl standing at am isolated piont supposedly taking patrons names to place them but oh no these fair folk was just entering and claiming vacant tables where I was told to wait for a vacant table which was for about 30 minutes. Thirdly, then that s**t started. After placing our order and patiently awaiting we were at regular intervals reminded by the server that our food is nearly done. Waiting for about 45-60 minutes a white girl just promptly comes to our table to inform us that they can make our order cause they out of food. What a load of k*k because looking around ours were the only table to receive such info, and no one was stopping people from entering and taking up vacant tables. People that arrived after us were still receiving their order. And the look on our servers face says it all that they are a bunch of f***en ****** people. Its just so appalling that their are still facilities that entertain such ****** attributes and that fair skin folk that frequent ur ****** establishment thinks that's it ok because the way they were treated as superior race makes me sick and you support such behaviour. 1. To fight for a table 2. To be placed at the smallest table even though. 3. It is people like this that make me realise 1994 never happened. 4. To be told to wait but not the whites. 5. To take our order and still ask whether my wife want spinnage or bacon. 6. No indication that the kitchen is out of food. 7. Are we living in an apocalypse. 8. The place stinks of ******. 9. I can't read minds but f**k I can sense when I'm treated 2nd class. 10. This Sunday 01/10/2023 @ about 13:45pm Thanks for nothing.
Good day I would like know whether any one else has had bad experiences with Auto&General. I submitted a claim on the 5th May 2022 and to date it is still u resolved and has had zero report as to the progress of my claim. This kind of service make one wonder if I am just a policy number and are reminded monthly that my premiums are due.I am absolutely disgusted in this manner of how my claim being dealt. Constant messengers on the app goes unanswered. AYORBA

HOW DO A URGE ORGA-NAAI-TION GET TO ROB SIMPLETINS LIKE ME. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR MOR THAN A YEAR AND YET THEY SEND ME AN ACCOUNT THAT I OWE THEM R1K FOR WHAT I'D LIKE TO KNOW AND HTF THEY ARRIVED AT THAT FIGURE. I HAD ZERO ARREARS WHEN DISCONNECTED BECAUSE IT WAS BEING PAID BY DEBIT ORDER AND IT WAS UNINTERUOTED DUE TO NON PAYMENT. BUT NO DSTV NEED TO BALANCE THIER BOOKS SO LETS JUST SLAP DIMMIES WITH A BILL MAYBE THEY WONT AST AND JUST PAY. WELL THIS DUMMIE AINT PAYING YOU A DAMN CENT UNTIL YOU CAN REALLY PROVE THAT I OWE YOU MONEY.

I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING THEY REQUEST I DO ACTIVATE ACCOUNT BUT STILL NO SUCCESS. TRY GETTING ONLINE ASSITANCE BUT THEY DON'YT REPLY TO MY REQUESTS.BUNCH OF THIEVES.
