Since my original review was deleted, I will keep posting this until they have the honesty to leave it up... If I could give 0 stars I would. A bunch of dishonest, malicious people work here, including the so-called manager Alex. We were in the process of buying a car which was on hold for us to be collected today pending the Dekra inspection and then got a call this morning that the car was sold to somebody else yesterday, this is highly unprofessional and quite frankly unacceptable, we were told the car was sold on a cash deal which is a poor excuse because if a car is on hold for someone the car should be on hold no matter what, even if a customer comes in offering more, this makes me think the car was sold before we even did the otp or it was sold to some ones friend instead. As a business owner myself I would never put customers through this, its disgusting! I would stay clear of this company
I was promised delivery on Monday 12/04/2021, it is now Wednesday 14/04/2021 and I am still waiting, I told the consultants on the phone that I leave the office at 15:00. This is after my goods were initially supposed to be delivered on Friday 09/04/2021 I have tried to call a few times but the call just gets dropped every time while I am waiting for a consultant, they never answer the calls, their whatsapp number that they brag about when making calls via the automated answer also never gets responded to, I have not had a single response via whatsapp in two weeks. Emails also get blatantly ignored. I am not one who generally writes bad reviews because as a business owner I understand that things can happen, however this is honestly the most disgusting service I have ever experienced!
Extremely disappointed in Kiklo FTTx service. Considering we pay for a 200mb uncapped fibre line at R3024.50 a month, I could buy someone a car for that amount.... A little bit of background, our internet went down on Friday morning (04-05-2018) while we were getting ready for work, Waz and I didnt think much of it as it occasionally goes down for a bit but it always comes back up. When we got home at 16:38 on Friday afternoon we noticed that the internet was still down and the lights on the router that are meant to be showing were not showing, we immediately called Kiklo because we know that after 17:00 on a weekday the chances of getting help are generally slim because they have no after hours support, which in this day and age for an ISP is unbelievable , we were informed that we would have to wait 4 business days (Thats right weekend excluded) for a technician to come out and see what is causing the fault on the line and were basically told that it doesn't matter what package we are on the lead time stays the same. I believe that clients, especially those on a higher tier should be treated as a priority, I would understand if it is an outage across the board which is needing to be resolved and may take a little time because it is major, however this is isolated to us, I have spoken to other people in the neighbourhood who are also with Kiklo and no one else is having any issues, which means that there is something wrong and it needs to be resolved. Being told we need to wait 4 working days, that added in with the day it went down and the entire weekend makes 7 days for a technician to come and figure out what is wrong is unacceptable. Even before when we were with telkom, the worst provider in South Africa we never had to wait this long.

<p>Useless, useless, useless. We have been waiting for an LOA on goods since Februsry of 2016, that is nearly a year for something that was promised would take no more than 4 months!!! We have done all the necessary payments and procedures with 0 movement and 0 updates.</p>
<p>We are a large importer of goods from all around the world, we use Globeflight as a clearing agent/courier for large shipments, and we are moving to them to start doing all our shipments from pick up to clearance and delivery.<br /><br />People are far to often too quick to complain about bad service and not quick enough to compliment good service, thus the point of this review.</p> <p> </p> <p>The level of service from Globeflight is absolutely astounding, they really do go the extra mile and put their clients first, delays are handled in a professional manner and any stoppages are dealt with efficiently, they ensure that the goods arrive in a timeous manner and good condition.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have dealt with Daniel and Michael at OR Thambo. And I deal with Veresh and Rajesh at the PMB branch, all of which are extra friendly and great to deal with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the good work!</p>
<p>We are a large importer of goods from various places around the world. We have had parcels with various couriers that have been stuck with customs for a very long time (Some over a year) with absolutely 0 feedback or response as to why the goods are being held.</p> <p> </p> <p>We do not under declare nor do they have any other reason to hold the goods. All customs charges have been paid and everything has been done by the book.</p> <p><br />Absolutely disgusting! They are a bunch of theives!!!</p>
<p>As a business owner and company that imports weekly I am horrified at the level of service from DHL. We have shipments that are coming in with them which they have been sitting with since August 2016 and November 2016 respectively, with 0 movement, we have paid the necessary customs charges and a whackload of other charges given to us by them and do not get any sort of feedback.</p> <p>I call and follow up daily and get half ****d responses about how they are still waiting for clearance, I have used other companies before and said companies put in 110% effort to ensure ou goods get cleared and delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I understand that customs stoppages are out of DHL's control however the fact that I do not see any effort being made with regards to clearing these parcels is absolutely abysmal to me. I have escalated this to management numerous times and still nothing happens.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking the matter further if I do not get any sort of decent feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is theft!!!</p>
