Removed Rus/dustt on a electric wire
City of Tshwane won't hesitate to block your electricity account, but thier services and their technician who claims to be on standby using municipal vehicles for their own benefits sucks. Over 24 hrs without electricity. The two clawns dispatch just removed dust of a faulty wire claimed to have fixed. Less than 10 minutes lights went off again. Standby team out joling with vehicles while we are in the dark. The city is paying millions for this standby teams for no work done.

Unnecessary interest charged
I was charged over R400 in interests for missed instalments. These people debit whenever ever they want. The second installment was due in less than 30 days after the first initial instalment. Every fourth day a debit order was sent to my bank account, and R95 was charged after every unsuccessful debit. I have indicated that my debit order must run on the 25th but payflex wanted to benefit R95. I will never recommend or use this facility ever again.

Ver bad service
Bought R2999 airfryer last year March and now I'm expected to driver over 100km to claim the so called guarantee. This thing only worked for just over a year.

TCF NOT OBSERVED
I called Miway to cancel to stop cover on of the cars I own. Main reason was to avoid double premiums. Annah decided not to remove the car. Now I'm loosing money and missed the and I have to wait for a refund. TCF

Geyser burst 4 months ago still no call back or sms
Having to submit a claim on on the app/website, no call back after 4months. Geyser bust and I thought Iwyz would call me back.
