KFC Broadcares - The worst service ever! The staff are rude, always get the order wrong and are so unhelpful. We have been there a few times and i dont know why we go back, BUT we will not go back as no matter how much you complain or isuue bad reviews nothing chnages. STAY AWAY from this brabch@! Useless!!!
Big Conerts & ticketmaster have been promising to refund ticket holders for the cancelled Robbie William show @ FNB. We were advised on 9 October that refunds would be done in 10 days and now 29 October an still no refunds!!! AND wer had to pay for new tickets without receving our mobey back yet. Shocking service and no way to contact these people telephonically except via facebook. BOTH COMPANIES ARE A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!!!
Dont waste your time using their online service. They never have stock of what they offer online and dont have the professionalism to advise the customer of this. You will have to hound them as they dont answer their phones or whatsapp help line. They quick to take your money but thats where it ends. I have been advised that a refund will take 14 days!!! Quick to take your cash but not to give it back. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don's use their online service!!!! They never have stock of what's advertised and when they do, they deliver the wrong products. I have ordered 3 times in the past 10 months and always something wrong. The customer service consultants are useless and dont know how orders or returns work. WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst service ever!!! After been customers for over 25 year, they disconnected our service without any approval or pre warning stating that we called in to cancel it. They couldn't provide any proof of who cancelled. After spending over 2 HOURS in total on the phone trying to resolve, they promptly cut us off. Not a callback, email or any sort of correspondence from them. Its now 4 days later and still no signal, called again to resolve and put the phone down after been on hold for over 40 minutes. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This morning I tried calling the Pro Shop in Fourways, what an absolute joke!!! I called 9 times before I got through to a salesman. The ladies that answer the phone are extremely rude, cut you off or just don't answer the phone. Pathetic service PRO SHOP!!!!
What has happened to the call centre service???? I have had many queries with the discovery call centre over the years and all i can say is what happened?? If you have had any queries or dealings with them over the past year, i'm sure that you will agree the interaction is atrocious to say the least! It takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to get a human on the other side, only to hear inaudible words and very noisy lines. Dogs barking and kids crying! While i understand that the past year has been very hard and uncontrollable, at least ensure that when agents take a call that the person can hear them talking and not have to recall and start the whole process over again, with the same conclusion. And eventually when you can get to tell the agent your query, they assist in resolving the matter and not to have to continually call in or email for an update
I contacted Samsung in regards to my fridge/freezer not working. They referred me to MM All Electronics for repairs. I contacted MM All and spoke to a gentleman by the name if Ismail. He said he didn't deal with this and then referred me on to Londy. After Londy have me a mouthful about Ismail passing the call on, she eventually took down my details and said that she would sent me an invoice to pay for the call out fee before they would send someone out. That was on the Monday. I called everyday after that for 5 days to enquire about the invoice and why there was such a delay in sending it. She was rude and continuously blamed someone else and fought with staff while i was on the line. I have never had such shocking service and am so dissapointed that a great brand like SAMSUNG can refer the clients to this company. This was not the 1st time i had dealt with MM All and have nothing but shocking service. I love the samsung brand but will think very carefully about buying another product of theirs, purely because of their repairs company.
I placed an order on their website, confirmation and DELIVERY date being confirmed on the order. On the day of the expected delivery, i receive an email saying that the item had been shipped from the incorrect warehouse thus delivery would delayed. When i called the customer service they confirmed this and said that they did not have the item in stock in JHB and it would therefore have to be shipped from CT and they could not say when the item would be delivered, so i guess i have to wait.... What annoys me, is why did it take them 5 days to notify me of this....surely this could have been picked up on the date of order????
