Been in my complex for 111 years these losers recently took over the security contract. Last night a person assaulted people in the complex and ran and jumped over the wall in front of a surveillance camera and there was zero reaction from the supposed reaction force. It took me phoning in for them to respond, this kind of thing has never happened before with the previous security companies, they responded immediately if any one jump over the wall. It took them 3 minutes to respond the previous 2 companies responded if called within 1 minute, the estate is tiny no reason for such a long response time. When I called the call center it was clear the lady on duty was fast asleep this is why they did not detect the person jumping over the wall.
Late last night my water was cut, I bought more just to find the ****py handset they supp**** was dead, only used it 12 times and it dead already, claim they can only look at warranty tomorrow morning (2 days no water, toilet or shower) then dared to ask why I didn't use their 24h on the unit, THERE IS NO NUMBER THERE. Love to know how they will know if it's been opened as it has no seals. How hard is it just say bring it in and we will swop it out, no they prefer that I beg my neighbours for theirs and reprogram it, ***. The entire design is cheap and substandard why not just make the batteries accessible? Complaint was logged at 23h last night and they had my phone number, so the excuse of not knowing the serial number is *******, they could have just called.
Great service till I needed them, staff was very friendly but claims processing is extremely slow, was told they will only be able to follow up tomorrow. Just got out of hospital from a sever heart attack and need my laptop for work which I need to pay my bills, so minimum of one day to follow up, no idea if they going to pay out or not, but if they do, 2to3 days for the money and then 4 to 5 days for the new comp so min 9 days before I can work, not the level of service I was expecting considering how friendly the staff were.
How Wonga scams its clients every Easter. Wonga pays out loans within 2h after approval, this I can prove as I have often taken loans with them. But every year come Easter the scam is on. The loan application works as normal, you apply for the loan, then state the number of days you wish to repay over. They work out the total based on this. HOW EVER COME EASTER then they still follow this procedure BUT INSTEAD OF REALSING THE FUNDS they hold back on them only paying out on the Tuesday AFTER EASTER. This is done to all clients who apply from the Thursday on wards. People who applied on the 20/04/2022 actually got their money before people who applied on 14/04/2022, because they not part of the scam. SO how is it a scam, well because your are charged per day that you have the money but WONGA holds the money back for upto 5 days while still charging you interest.
Pathetic has reached new levels. Money was transfered into my account from another FNB account a week ago, and is still not reflecting. Chatting to their agents via the app is like trying to run through a solid steel wall. After three agents they still blaming the other bank. You can not get it through to them that there is no other bank, both sender and receiver are FNB clients. My funds needed for medicine I urgently need have been hanging in limbo for a week and they refuse to do anything to assist, continually try shifting the blame onto a third party that does not exist.
FRAUDSTERS, they charge 21% VAT on their water payments, anyone using them please take note of this and lay criminal charges at your nearest SAP office.
Change from LTE to fiber, was told it was more stable, WHAT A LIE, in 4 years with LTE I was down a total of 5 times and the longest was for 2 hours. In 4 months with Octotel the line has been down 4 times and the shortest outage was 5 hours. Basically this proves that ****py old Telkom is even more reliable than Octotel. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT FIBER.
FRAUDSTERS, that is what these guys are. They deducted money from my account via a NAEDO with out having any permission to do so. In fact they have been sent numerous e-mails informing them that they MAY NOT debit my account. They forged my signature onto their documents, used a fake identity as their witness, and even refuse to respond to the SAPS when the SAPS was investigating them with regards to the fraud charges I laid against them. This company thinks it is above the law.
All companies should send their staff here to learn how to deal with customers properly. Friendly, knowledgeable, staff, no waiting for hours for some one to answer the phone, no complicated long winded selection of options when calling in, you can clearly hear that the staff are happy to help you, no matter how stupid your request or limited your understanding is, they will find a way to help you with out making you feel like you being treated as a *****. Prompt reaction to your problem, For the first time in a very long time I put down the phone feeling relaxed and confident that the problem (caused by myself) would be fixed. Less than 10 minutes later it was.
I requested a quote for 4 of 8 pin relays and bases. They sent me the quote, I paid and sent my driver to collect the goods. All the paper work matches up. These goods where delivered straight to our team in the field. Today we started on the job just to find the incompetent staff at ACDC had (as always) messed up the order, they had supplied 8 pin bases but 11 pin relays. Phoned the Cape Town branch to speak to the person who sold us the goods (Portia) but she was not in, nor was her manager. When I then asked to speak to some one who could help I was put on hold for awhile and then told that that person was also not in. I then tried to phone the head office to speak to the MD (this was now 2 hours down the line with an entire block without power as we could not proceed with the job. Waited for 20 seconds and they hung up on me. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS, they never get the orders right, or do not have stock, and when you urgently need assistance due to their errors you can never get hold of anyone. Pathetic service and untrained staff.
