RCL Foods - Creating Animal Misery
Canine Cuisine Dog Food - It is most disappointing to see the Canine Cuisine dog food range is no longer for sale due to a recall. I have feeding this to my dog for many years and he is happy with the brand. Now with a change in diet this causes problems with his gut behaviour. It is sad that the animals must suffer as a result of incompetence by RCL Foods.

Nandos is OFF LINE
Nando's have an online platform to place orders but the Durban North store has been online for almost a week. the store is not available as a pick up store and displays the message, "We're in our coop, we'll be back soon". In this technological age, i cannot believe that a brand like Nandos operates so unprofessionally. The Call Centre representative is only to chuffed to say, 'they are offline'. An all to fami**** line when dealing with the Department of Home affairs and the like. Customer Service has slipped so badly in recent times. Really sad.

Caltex - False advertising of fuel price
Caltex 0n 1455 North Coast Road Durban is falsely advertising their price of Diesel. This is absolutely unethical behavior.

Poor customer service - smeg
The service from the Durban office is very poor and unless you, as the client, call repeatedly you will not get feedback on items checked in for quotations etc. Their 'trade in' policy is intended to fleece you for more money. Their prices are higher than Hirschs and similar stores which is ridiculous.

Increase of ridiculous 60% with no consultation
It is most disappointing that Capital Legacy increase your premium by 60% without consultation. Their product is not unique and another provider is recommended.

Unhygenic House to rent in Roodeport by Wellington
We recently booked an Air BnB from Wellington (https://www.airbnb.co.za/rooms/27874355?adults=1&children=0&infants=) The house was in an unhygienic state with dogs living in one of the bathrooms. There was fingernails on the pedestal and snot on the bathroom tiles. The towels were damp and smelly. (https://www.airbnb.co.za/rooms/27874355)

Unethical behaviour
Very poor service from the City View Store in Durban. I was in the store and quoted a price on an internet advert. The store clerk told me that the internet advert was hacked and the price was wrong. He called his manager and the manager seemed to concur the same story. It is absurd that the internet price is charged and the store claims their website was hacked. This should have been dealt with immediately by a major retail group.

SAMSUNG TECHNOLOGY REGRESSING - Do not upgrade to Samsung
<p>I recently upgraded from the Samsung S5 to the Samsung S7 only to find out that the video calling feature is not available on the samsung S7. Vodacom conveniently failed to inform me of this at the time of my upgrade. I used to use the video calling feature a lot and now have a huge problem. It is most dissapointing to note that Samsungs technology is moving backward. Rather go with Apple or Huawei if you are looking to upgrade. </p> <p>Apart from exploding phones Samsung also have technology issues. Most disappointing for a brand trying to compete with the best. </p>

VODACOM - don't upgrade until you read this.
<p>Vodacom have recently stopped the Video calling feature on the Samsung S7 smartphone. I have been on a Red Advantage contract for a few years. I previously had a Samsung S5 and no problem with video calling. After upgrade to S7 the video calling feature is more longer available. This is pathetic for a supposedly industry leading company. Customers need to be aware and rather upgrade with CELL C or MTN. Please communicate to friends and family so people are aware of vodacoms regression of technology. </p>
