I made a claim on a cellphone that I used and was lost on Saturday at BT Ngebs mall Mthatha in the Eastern Cape the insurance contract states that the cellphone was to be used by Mpendulo Mchako and deduction made monthly on my wife's account number 6277430011053670001. When the claim was submitted an affidavit stating who lost the phone was submitted but surprisingly they refusing to pay for the phone although the insurance is paid timeously. The cellphone is a Huawei Y5P. The claim number is TFGMA154354611. If we were wrong to pay the premiums that you gladly accepted all these years please return all the premiums you accepted under false pretences

Bus from Mthatha to Cape Town supposed to leave from 14:30 but still no sign of it's availability as the one that was here was full showing poor coordination by APM personnel by bringing one bus although there are more bookings for one bus
Good morning, i made 2 transactions with reference Phiwe, the other one was made on 2024/01/01 of R500.00 and a second one of R1000.00 made on 2024/01/02 and both were immediate transfers and was charged R30.00 per transaction and that money hasn't been delivered to the Capitec account transferred to although i was charged R60.00 for both transactions.
