If I could give -100, I would. Staff is very friendly when you are a new customer wanting to sign up, but once you have queries, the friendly and helpfulness are gone.Irritability in their words and tones are heard. My first interaction was with Hersh, very friendly and helpful. I however had to sort things out with my current provider, so I could not sign up immediately. When I called later the afternoon I spoke to Remi, who was very eager to seal the deal. I however noticed later that evening the product that I enquired about will not be suitable. Early the next morning I cancelled the process with an agent. However a few days later my account was debited. For the passed two days I have been struggling to get through to the live chats and whatsapp chat. Yesterday afternoon I eventually got through to Zandile after waiting since the morning. She however was short tempered and not helpful then ended the chat while I was struggling to convert some of the required documents. Since this morning I made multiple attempts to open the chat again via whatsapp, the mweb app and online, I even called in multiple times, holding on for about an hour then no resolution, being referred back to chatlines that is inactive, then eventually hangs up on me. If I knew their after sales service would be this bad, I would never have even bothered.

If I could give no stars I would.I received my order no 117534 on 26 July and noticed that the one item was incomplete and the other item was damaged.I immediately reported the issue, and included all required information as per automated whatsapp reply. Today is the 3rd week that I have not received any feedback.Emails does not get answered, whatsapps to the one I made the order with was answered with empty promises and recently no reply either. If I could give advice please stay away.Their service are terrible and their products worse.
My minor son had an investment no 9000063490 with African Bank which matured 29February.I requested for withdrawal on 1 March and all requested documents was emailed through to investments and received by by them.On 4 March I called the contact centre again to confirm payment as I did not receive feedback from them.I was told that payment was done on 1 March already and was advised to wait as it may take up to 48hours(but it was already 2working days)!I called again the on the 5th and was again advised to wait!So I asked for confirmation that money was payed out, on which I was told that unfortunately they do not send confirmation!I then asked for telephonic confirmation of the account number that the money was paid into. It was then an incorrect account number,which I did not send through! I then send the proof of bank account through the same day,and was promised that the money will be paid in the same day (5 March).On the 6th I called again and they said they never received my proof of bank account,even though I received an auto reply confirmation.On checking for the information it was found!So again I was promised it will be payed out.So this morning I called again as no payment was received,I was told there is an error on the account!No communication from them !I asked to speak to a supervisor,was told someone will call me back…Still no call back!!
I purchased a pair of Asics for my son 4 months ago. He told me that the material was coming loose so I took it to Totalsports Knysna where I bought it. I was then told by the field leader Doreen Malan that she will not refund me as it was wear and tear and that I did not listen to advise that was given when I bought it. (That I should rather take another pair)I told her that no advise was given to me and that it was my consumer right to choose what I pay for. It also has a 6 month default exchange on this shoes. I logged a complain with customer care CS-1209435 and told the lady that I am not happy with the outcome and asked her to keep the case open, but soon afterwards I receive a message that case has been closed. Ps. I do not want Doreen Malan to contact me.
We reported a civil matter to LegalWise at the beginning of the year. After numerous calls and emails, still the matter has not been resolved. After several months of back and forth a letter of demand was send from legal wize to the company without any response. After several weeks and numerous calls to LegalWise to hear if there was any progress, the response was:did the company not contact you??? So now the matter was referred to claims for resolution. The matter now has to be refered to a local attorney. After several weeks and several calls, still the case has not been referred to anyone!! So I came to realize, due to legal wize 's pathetic fee structure no one in our town was willing to do business with them. This was after I took it apon myself to call every single attorney in town and ask them if they are willing to take the case over from legal wize. Now the matter was referred to a attorney out of town. After two weeks he reported that he was not doing the case due to the fact that he has to travel so far. If I didn't call continuously I also would not have known it as legal wize does not give spontaneous feedback. I then complained about this, and soon a supervisor with the name Franzell contacted me and promised me she will personally keep an eye on this case. For a week or two there was feedback, soon afterwards complete silence again, and still no attorney appointed. I made a few calls again and found one in town willing to take the case. After consulting with him and him corresponding with legal wize, they asked him for all kinds of information, eg coming to our home and confirming what we complaining about is indeed true!!This after they already send a letter of demand to the company months ago!! So now this attorney withdraws as well!! After another couple of calls this Franzell was not interested and did not reply to my emails!! Two week ago Thendani was appointed to our case. She refered our case to an attorney about ****ms away from our town again and I explained to her, it is too far, and we have been here before, it's not going to work. Every time we have a conversation, she gets frustrated and keeps on interrupting me. A few days later she called back to say that a firm in again another town, about 70kms has been identified to take the case, just to hear that they also cannot take the case!!! As I explained to several claims consultants, Refilwe, Gertrude, and now Thendani(all of which was handling our case) about the inconvenience we are suffering. No one seems to listen. Its 11 months now and we are back to square one. Every month they still take our money. Where does this leave us? Meanwhile we sit with the inconvenience and health risk to my entire family. My question several times to them is: Please give us some advice on what to do, as it is unhealthy to live in this circumstance, but nothing!! What disgusting service!!!
Pro-x pools installed a fiberglass pool at our home a couple of years ago. Last year the fiberglass shell started to crack. Seeing that the shell was still under warranty, this was reported to Marcell and Simone and the feedback we received was that the company that supplied the shell closed down...The contract that we signed was with Pro- x pools and not any other company. Marcell was not even willing to have a look at the damage, or advise us. Disgusting after sales service.
I made a order from Herbs and Health.On day three I haven't received any tracking number,so I enquired.I was told I am not the only customer waiting for their order and that they have hundreds of customers! If I don't want to wait for my order they will refund! They asked for my name and reference number immediately,so refund could be done! No apologies. Emails are not answered and there are no contact number. Only way of contacting them are through a whattsapp number. Have to wait and see if I'll get.my refund.
I purchased two tickets for 2 adults, one being a 79year old with dementia,unable to travel alone.When purchasing the tickets I mentioned that they need to travel together. The one adult was suppose to be picked up from Stormsriver overseeing the 79year old suppose to be picked up at Knysna, both travelling to Cape Town. The bus never stopped at Stormsriver,so the one adult got left behind. Now the bus was on it's way to Knysna, so do you send your 79 year old mother with dementia alone on a bus to Cape Town?Surely not. Intercape now refuses to refund my mom.
