I cancelled my rain subscription after experiencing very low upload speeds which is not good for conference calls. I have them a full 30days notice but they still debited my account. They also refused to pick up their router early. Cancellation process is designed to get you in the end.
Buyisiwe msibi, provide excellent service for my cancellation and also assisted with my refund.
Constant outages in Johannesburg. Call center based in India they sent you generic steps to troubleshoot the issue. My router is in the perfect position, facing the correct direction. It works perfectly when Rain is up and everything on their side is functioning for this reason I cannot understand why I have to move my router. I can achieve over 300mbs on good days but these constant outages and lack of support is becoming a problem, looking at VOX to replace rain. No local support and too much downtime, I’m done with Rain.
Poor support and extremely expensive. Rude staff that hangs up on you. You will get no assistance from them. Staff think they are special and you owe them a favor. Will be canceling at the end of this month and moving to ADT.
High prices for inferior products. They damage your existing infrastructure because they refuse to prep floors and use masking tape to protect your walls from overspray and damage. Doors provided are scuffed and sc****d, touch ups look really bad. There’s cheaper options out there that will probably provide you with a better product. It took them 4 days to install a 3 frame collapsible door that was only 1.5m in width. They damaged everything around it.
Did not honor order due to incorrect pricing. When I called to check on my order I was told the guy that does the dispatching was not in the office for 3 days, I contacted another number this person arranged for someone to contact me, I was told that 1 item was not available and thats why my order was delayed and I will receive a call on Monday, on Monday it’s a different story, the prices are incorrect and Bobshop is responsible for the mistake, called Bobshop, call center says supplier is responsible, I cancelled the order as I did not want to be stuck in this dispute. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a refund of 35k. Very unprofessional and will blame you for their mistakes. I shopped around and got the same deal for my drone, had to purchase from multiple suppliers. Seems like this entire company is quite quitting.
Purchased a Sunsynck inverter thinking I'm getting the best, inverter is awesome but the after sales support is terrible. The wifi data ****le stopped working, I was asked to send the ****le in which I did the ****le was tested and is working. They now want me to remove the entire inverter as they do not send technicians out to you. The issue with the ****le is minor seems as thou the input connection is faulty, this is a little PCB that can be replace onsite, its connected to the main PCB with a ribbon cable.
Firstly item purchased reflects as in stock online but the next day it’s rejected and a refund has been issue, this was on the 18th of May 2023. Nine working days later and I have not received a refund. Seems like they hold onto your money as long as they can and earn interest on your cash. I cannot understand how other companies refund you in 3 days maximum in some cases the money is back in my credit card account the next day but Leroy Merlin takes forever. Will never be buying from them again. You will wait forever to get your cash back even though this was their fault.
Placed an order on the 30th of October 2022, estimated deliver 21 working days making the estimated delivery date the 28th of November 2022, it is now the 28th of December 2022 and I had to cancel the order. The sad part is I followed up several times, I was promised to be called back but not once did I receive a call back, I had to follow up over and over again. At some stage the national call center refused to assist me saying that I should call the crown mines store directly. I understand that covid 19 has caused global stock shortages but that doesn't excuse the lack of customer services. I was always polite and understanding towards the staff and maybe that's the problem. Don't buy from here no one will be able to assist, the support staff cannot help, massive disconnect between buyers, stores and online channel. Selling items that are not in stock and earning interest on their money should be illegal. MassMart has no integrity.
After almost 15 years with MTN its time to say goodbye. The decline in your digital platforms has been as bad as Eskom being able to keep the lights on. Removing payment options from the app and even the ability to view my statements are gone. This put me in arrears this month as I don't know what needs to be paid and the payment option is gone so I have no way of paying. Let me not start with your website I cannot do simple things without it getting stuck and timing out. Try applying for my upgrade site doesn't work. My contract comes to an end on the first of December 2022 and I will be moving to prepaid and then porting to Vodacom. Your web designers and IT devs are letting you down and putting unnecessary strain on your clients and probably on your collections and internal departments.
