Oztrail.co.za......worst quality and service
Oztrailstore.co.za Worst customer service ever......even when you purchase online you ask a question no one replies ....they dont even have one single telephone number on the site.....so you are left sending emails....with no reply....eventualy after days they will tell you .....they will find out from their supplier if they can honour their warranty....I spent over R6000 rand used the gazebo twice and the frame broke......absolute poor quality.....dont waste your money...they have zero but zero care for their customers.

Netflorist never ever again
Absolute poor service I orderd the previous day....package deliverd to a business address at 17:45 only.the follwing day....I mean seriously....The package was signed for but no one knows who signed for it.'A package worth R2000.....if it was signed fo rby someone reputable I now need to arrange another courier at my cost to another province as my partner has already left the province....will never use netflorist ever again and thats the service you get on a premium order not just a bunch of flowers.

Poor quality controle
Always a loyal Customer of steers.....but when they deliberetly turn your hamburger into a bowl of soup with their steers sauce so that the bun is wet.....you call to the customer care line......the phone is disconnected or ended....and nobody calls back.....not so loyal any more....

Makro .....never again
Order placed online 27 July its 13 Aug after numerous call centre incompetence still items missimg from my order...its supposed to be easy....I will never use Makro again.....online order was easy but delivery and constant missing items....you cant trust their delivery do a stock taking if everything

Stephne van Zyl from Betterbond/Life is absolutely superb
Stephne van Zyl assisted me with my home loan application a few weeks ago when I purchased a new property. The process was fast efficient and very professional . I subsequently put my old property up for sale and my house was on show today..... guess who was there again to assist the potential buyers with obtaining a loan........ yes Stephne again ... she even assists estate agents during their showhouses.... and that on a Sunday...... I am a Conveyancer ( attorney who deals wth property transfers) and can recommend the services of Stephne to any potential property buyer. Stephne is friendly professional and has been a home loans expert for years! Thank you Stephne!!

Reggie's insult to customer IQ
<p>Look at the picture posted. Reggies offers an astonishing discount of.......get thie 80 cents on a Lego purchase. Dear Reggies not all your customers have the lack and inability to read numbers. Don't insult me while I am your customer. This saving may be seen as huge by some members of our government but I can still read and write and do maths.....this was insulting!! If you knew how much money you gusy have made off of me but.....those days are over there is other toyshops that may respect my IQ</p>
