Received my online order speedily. The ForeverFit full coverage bra I ordered has a 100% satisfaction guarantee or they will refund or replace it free of charge. However they do not reply to emails and I have been unable to return this uncomfortable bra!
No returns allowed on Sale items and exchanges on sale items can only be for the same item in a different size (which would probably mean you would no longer get the item on sale as only the unpopular sizes are marked down). And although all this is clearly stated on checkout I still think it's just WRONG - especially for an online store. Secondly, don't trust the reviews as negative reviews are not published. I gave a positive 5 star review for one item which appeared on their website a minute later but the other item I reviewed at 2 stars over a week ago still hasn't appeared...
I've been with Outsurance for over 20 years and always get great service. Special shout out to Mark Chetty Chetty for helping me lower my premium.
Always a pleasure to shop online with them. Delivery is super fast. Just not so easy to return anything but fortunately I don't need to do that very often.

Do not be taken in by The Pet and Tack Shop's cheap prices. This online company does not deliver, does not reply to emails, and does not refund you if you want to cancel your order. You will need to request a chargeback on your credit card to get your money back.
I shop at Takealot A LOT! Their service delivery and efficiency is excellent. But the problems arise when you need to return something. And the most frustrating thing is that you can't TALK to a human being; even if you email them you get a different "person" replying every time on the same issue. A big company can't just rely on their automated hi-tech systems if they want to keep their customers happy - some humanity is needed. I've got two ongoing Return problems with them at the moment: 1. They declined my return but have still not delivered the item back to me so that I can go direct to the manufacturer who are waiting for me to send them a batch number. 2. One of my returns has supposedly been credited but it's not showing on my Takealot customer account!
For me the biggest test of an online shopping experience is how easy it is to return and exchange or get a refund. Trappers delivered superb customer service from even before I ordered (when I sent an email to enquire about something). Delivery was fast and when I unfortunately needed to return some items as I didn't like them the process was quick and efficient (including my refund). I will definitely not hesitate to buy from them again.
I recently bought a duck down jacket from O.D.O. but when it arrived the size wasn't right (too small even though I went with one size bigger than I usually fit). When I tried to log an exchange for a bigger size they said they no longer do exchanges and that I would have to return it at my expense for a refund. Once it has been returned they also will not refund the initial shipping fee. I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED and will NEVER order any clothes or shoes from O.D.O. ever again!
