I am so disappointed with clicks Protea Glen mall. Yesterday was informed that I can order a certain product that I need for my surgery and that it will be delivered the next day. Today I went in and I was told that the delivery guy won’t come through because they had delays. They didn’t seem to care about the urgency of my item at all. There was no reassurance that definitely the item will be available tomorrow. Poor service really
I would like to take this opportunity to recognise and appreciate the great service received from Nonku Shandu from MFC. She was very patient with me when I called her yesterday and even today. She made sure that I understood everything before making my decision which helped me. I hope she is recognised because I don’t know when last I had such amazing service. Big up you Nonku
Nedbank attlyn mall. It’s month end and they decide to have only 2 working tellers. Had to stand outside for an hour just for collecting of documents . This is unacceptable at all . The tellers working also take a 5 minutes break after assisting a person . Disgusted
You know Dstv is working on my nerves really. I am told I am owing 220 but I made payment of R270 on the 25th. This is the second time that I am being disconnected for no apparent reason. The premium hasn’t even increased and already I am experiencing issues. What’s annoying the most is their in helpful client services consultants who just want to talk on the background and not assist clients. Maybe one should consider moving for dstv cos they’re services are poor and we don’t get value for our money. Fix this
This company has renewed my mothers contract from Vodacom without her consent. She was contacted however made them aware that she is not interested and now the contract has been upgraded and no one is able to assist. She has been upgraded to R500 airtime and she doesn’t need that. Please assist urgently
This is one of best restaurants in Jozi. The food out of this world. A bit pricey but worth it. Not to mention the waiters they even take their time to help you with taking the stunning pictures . I wouldn’t mind going there all the time. Brighton was our waiter wow his service was magnificent 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
I was handed over to MBD by Mtn. I made an arrangement to make payments for my outstanding account and was able to settle it in April. Now I have been requesting for a paid up letter and I am being sent from pillar to post. I have called several times with no assistance.
I have been disconnected. Spoke to a consultant yesterday on their chat service and never got a resolution instead the consultant logged out after spending an hour on that stupid chat service platform which take a for ever to get a response. I just called the call centre and now I am told I need to pay extra since I was in arrears but I don’t understand how as I make payment each month. I don’t even understand how is it I am in arrears and was not disconnected and only getting discounted now. I want this sorted out because the consultant that was helping me couldn’t even understand how I was billed. I need this altered asap
I just bought an iPhone pro max from epic deals. This was the first time shopping from them. Their service is incredible. I sent a whatsapp message to see if they will answer and within minutes I was responded. I was given updates about the delivery. Then when I got my parcel boom the phone was wrapped up nicely I wish I could share pictures. They also included a packet of sweets and the phone was fully charge. I would like to say, keep up the amazing job❤️❤️
I received a call from a Moses Mofokeng. The consultant Started by lying to me that he called me and that he has sent a credit note. I have no idea what he was talking about. This consultant doesn't even want to listen he only cares about amounts that he cannot justify how they came about. He wants to to accept amounts to be correct when I feel they are not. I won't tolerate such abuse from your consultant that doesnt even have telephone etiquettes. He is rude which then made me to be rude. He doesn't know where the problem started . Cell C All I need to know is how much should I pay for the data I used between the 1st of April until the 9th. That's all. I won't tolerate abuse from your consultants
