What a bitter taste this weekend left us with. My Brother in law booked the entire facility. We were celebrating a 50th and 80th birthday. 18 people in total. Too many bad things to mention. We slept in a room that should cater for 4 people, only 3 plates and 3 cups etc available. The toilet was so tiny that you could barely move in there. Before we even got the chance to check if everything was in order, we were forced to pay and when we did not pay immediately they switched off the electricity. We were not allowed to use the communal area, as apparently it was occupied ??? and we did not request it. We were forced to cook in one of the bedrooms the entire weekend. It was raining and we had to request something to wipe our feet on, before entering the rooms. We washed the dishes in order to share them, so that everyone at least could have something to eat from, no dishcloths provided. We shared the cutlery. We paid for the entire facility but yet there were other cars parked there as well. So I wonder if other people were booked into the same place. Nice double deal. Don't even try to see the Manager as he just makes empty promises. I am reading the ratings and I wonder, did we even stay at the same venue.
I am just at a loss. I pay my bills diligently, but when I have a real emergency I don't get any assistance. Since Saturday the sewage has been overflowing in my neighbor's yard. Since Monday we are not even able to flush our toilets and now our drains are about to overflow as well. I have dialed every number I could get, but all the mailboxes are full. I have sent Telegram messages and WA messages, but I don't get any reaction.
It has been frustrating to deal with these agents. They phone you, ramble down all sorts of instructions etc and when you tell them that you cannot hear what they are saying, they just continue. They don't even give you a proper chance to speak. They phoned me last week and arranged to come and deliver between 12 and 4pm. I rep**** to their meeting request that I had a dr's appointment at 12:00 and requested them to come later. No reply, no courtesy. The delivery person was so rude to my colleagues. I tried phoning, but no answer. This morning I was contacted again by another person rambling down all the information. Talking over me, while I am trying to tell her that I cannot hear what she is saying. Extremely disappointing. I have to wait another week before my package is delivered.
I have been trying since last year to get a replacement certificate for my daughter. Website unresponsive, an hour waiting time on the call center and no replies to my emails. Finally they delivered the certificate but it was incorrect. I try phoning, but they drop the phone without answering. Still no reply to my emails. I just need that replacement certificate so that I can apply for a combination certificate, so that my daughter can move on with her life.
Worst service ever. Phoned on a Friday, they never pitched as promised. The following week they came, did an assessment, and took both my Speed Queen washing machine and tumble dryer. Three days without feedback and then they came to deliver. I did not have time to test as they were in such a hurry. Big mistake. No service, and even though they replaced a part in each machine the problem was not solved. They did not answer my phone calls, no responses on SMS, emails, or website posts. Months later I had to get someone else to fix the problem.
Today I had to go for X-rays. I thought while I am there I might as well go for a Mammogram as well. I was treated with compassion and care. When I had questions it was answered. The staff was very professional and caring. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Bravo to a job well done!
I was very disappointed. My Mom and Dad came to visit all the way from the Cape. We had a booking for the Restaurant. My pork was dry and there was hardly any sauce on it. When my Dad wanted to order a sauce for his filet, the waiter said it was going to take long. So the filet was dry. The waiter was not able to tell which vegetables were available, just seasonal... The rice looked very nice, but it was so dry, not even my dogs wanted to eat it. What was very disturbing is that the noise was really unbearable. We could not even have a proper conversation.

Next, you can do online check-in to confirm all your details and you are all set. Arrived at Execuspecs Riverside and greeted professionally by the staff. Really state-of-the-art equipment and expert advice and service. Communication through email and SMS. Bravo !! Some other Service providers can surely strive to follow your example.
Why don't you train the packers at the till anymore? I stood there on Saturday watching the packer throwing stuff into the plastic bags as fast as possible. When she added the popcorn with bottles I stopped her and removed the popcorn. Why ?? Then she was not happy at all. Packed some bags in the trolley and throwing the big bag of potatoes on top of it. I told her if she squashed anything, she was going to pay for it. Then she got really spiteful. While I was swiping my Checkers card, she packed my fruit into a bag and with it a glass bottle of honey - with the g****s. She turned around, walked right into my trolley, and left. Constantly you have to watch these packers. They pack chemicals with food. Perishables with bottles. You get a nice, hot fresh bread and they pack it so that by the time you get home that freshly baked bread is as flat as a pancake. Really ruined the rest of my day. No pride anymore....
Last night at 00:04 I received an SMS. Vodacom Cover plus is now active at R9.99 per month. I did not request this Tried to phone 082135, they are too busy. Tried Tobi, he has no clue Tried online chat - not available. My word do you guys schedule these stunts for holidays. 1. I am still waiting to get my refund of R 200 promised in an SMS received on 13 April. Only R149.99 credit received 2. I have been billed for an upgrade admin fee of R130.43 - Please explain. 3. I would like to know why I am still paying a handset installment. I bought my device in cash. 4. Please make some changes to your app. If I need to enter my birthday I really do not want to page back through the months 51 years. 5. Please remove the Cover Plus 6. Why don't you have a decent communication channel for complaints
