I chatted with a person on Saturday after I saw am email stating that they couldn't deliver my parcel. I told them I had someone at home and the driver wasn't there. They said they tried phoning me, but I have no missed calls or any notification of missed calls. The person chatting for Port Edward kiosk said they'll deliver today (Monday) when I called, they said they'll deliver tomorrow. (Tuesday) even though I took today off to wait for this parcel. I am very very appalled

I was waiting for the special on a chair that they have which is usually R1599. It is on special now for R1299 but when you go to pay the price increases to R1399. No explanation as to why and their call Centre says that the price is R1399 even though I told them they advertise it for R1299.
After waiting for an item that was on special offer, they finally delivered it. Smooth sailing most of the application and such. Then Prenesh Jayichund tried persuading me to buy more expensive items that which I wanted, but I knocked it down to salesmanship. When they delivered the fridge, they refused to install it, told me where to sign and left. They left it in my garage and didn't ask where I wanted them to put it (bare in mind that I am a female that does not have any upper body strength). I had to get help to get the huge fridge into my house. I plugged it in and left it 12 hours to rest before switching on the plug ( my grandad told me that the gas needs to settle first). Once on I started filling the water dispenser and the fridge with my items. Then I saw the water dispenser leaking slowly from the rubber area. I called teljoy and they said they'd get back to me. A whole week later and I'm still waiting. I have sent Prenesh Jayichund emails to assist, I have tried phoning but my calls get cut. I have reported to them on Facebook and they just don't care. oh. And BEWARE No one will tell you about the pro-rata first time payment..... Good luck to all wanting to do business with them in future
The PEP store in Elgin Kempton park was excellent. The cashier was super friendly, they had what I was looking for and it was just a great experience.
I've been banking with FNB for nearly a decade now... I've had my up's and downs with them. But they always resolved my queries. Until today. They keep pushing their credit card down your throat. Now, I get notifications about limits being exceeded. Trying to use chat is useless with them all of the sudden, so they called me to transfer me to an agent. While speaking with the agent SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE!! How professional is that? I am hurt and I am angry. For years they've taken my money but when I try to find out why they are sending me random notifications about exceeded accounts on SMS and EMAIL but my app doesn't show any proof of that. FNB, you've let me down and my trust is broken in you. I wish they'd let me post the screenshots of your mean chat consultants
I wish there is a number less than 1.... Honestly.... I HATE Game with their poor customer service. They refuse to assist in anyway. They refuse to listen to you. They refuse to understand when you are speaking. VODACOM, please consider that you Have lost 4 clients today due to their incompetence.
Going to Clicks is not something I like doing. And I will personally never set foot in Clicks Norkem again. Waiting at the dispensary for 15+ minutes is fine, even if we were only 4 people with tickets waiting for assistance with about 4 or more personnel in the dispensary. I know pharmacy staff could be busy. Then getting to the front waiting to pay. There was 1 couple in front of me and the 3 cashiers were all busy. The couple in front of me went to a cashier and she assisted them super fast... Then came my time to go..... But no.... She called the couple behind me.... The couple had baskets FULL of items and I only had to pay my grandma's meds and a sweet treat for my kids.... So.... After this clear racism, I asked for the employees name and the manager started hassling me - EVEN FOLLOWING ME- to my next store.... Confronted me in another store with his Clicks uniform still on. Please bear in mind that the entire time I had my 2 kids with me in my trolley. I felt threatened, I felt degraded and most importantly my kids were afraid.
Today is the first time in over 2 years that I was in the market for a motorcycle. I have been looking for a while now only to have sales reps try to force merchandise on me that did not suit my needs or budget. Then I got to Jason from East Rand Motorcycles. Within minutes... And I kid you not... .minutes I was assisted with a bike I like, everything from pictures and videos to a comprehensive history on the bike. Not even hours after that, he assisted with the application for finance papers. Most highly recommended!
