I recently bought Mercedes Benz A250 from Ford Diepriver Cape Town, they delivered the car down to Gauteng , after taking the delivery of the vehicle I started experiencing squeezing brake pads sounds. I was advised by Ashley (Sales Person) to take the car in to Mercedes Bryanston since they are all under Motus. The guys at Mercedes advised that they can only wipe off the dust and see if it will take away the squeezing sounds, a day after I collected the car from Mercedes. The sounds was only off for a day after collecting the vehicle. I called Ford Cape Town (Ryan and Ashley) they advised that I have to return the car again to Mercedes for them to check. I returned the car again and I told the guys at Mercedes Bryanston that I want the brake pads to be replaced and they advised that they can’t change the pads if there is no warning on the dashboard , meaning that I have to continue driving the car with the squeezing sounds. Ryan (Ford Manager) sent out an email to Bryanston guys to re check the pads again. I hate the face that I recently bought this vehicle from Ford obviously because I trusted the brand but honestly I am now disappointed. I can’t buy a new car and still do up and downs trying to resolve issues that were supposed to be resolved by the dealership itself. Ford must replace my brake pads from their account since motor plan can’t replace them. I am still going to report the issue to the bank if the issue is not sorted urgently, I can’t pay for a car that has issues that didn’t cause by me.
Do not waste your money subscribing with this guys, their customer service is nonsense, they are not contactable . You can’t call them, the only way to reach them is via WhatsApp and it’s not working. I’ve been offline for over 24 hours. I’ve been trying to reach them since 8am yesterday (11 May 2023), only managed to get hold of them via live chat on their website at around 20:13 pm, the person who was assisting me logged a call and ended a chat immediately without asking if I have further questions. Okay fine, they logged the call and priorised the call level as 1 (which means my issue is not major). How can you prioritise my issue as level 1 while am disconnected? I pay a lot of money to be treated like this. I work hard for that R729 that I pay you. I asked the person who was assisting me via your useless live chat to put me thru the cancellation department and she just ended the chat like am stupid. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH THESE GUYS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM WHEN YOU HAVE CONNECTION ISSUES.
Old Mutual will never process your investment withdrawal when you need your money, they will keep on telling you same thing over and over again saying that the request went in for pricing and nonsense. I requested withdrawal on the 11th of Feb 2021 (red: CCC20691448) and even now I haven’t got my money. I phone them every day and I keep on getting same excuses and their withdrawal procedure says the turnaround time is 10 days and my request got passed their 10 days. The reason why I requested withdrawal is because I need money urgently not for games. What’s the point of having an investment you cannot withdraw from? This is totally unacceptable. I’d advise you not to take any savings or investment policy with Old Mutual because you won’t get your money when you need it.
I took extended warranty from standard bank and innovation Group. I bought a used car on 48000km, the dealership took the car for 45000 service at 48000 before transferring it under my name (every dealer does that), I also did 60000km service on the car from Kia Pretoria, now the car started overheating and the manufacture says they will not cover it because it skipped 41000km service (remember I was not the owner of the car at that time because I bought the car at 48000km). Since well I had a warranty with Standard Bank and Innovation Group I instructed Kia to claim from Innovation Group,since well I am paying for it every month. Guess what? Standard Bank and Innovation Group says that they will not cover the costs to repair the car as the previous owner it skipped the 41000km service (which was not my fault because I was not the owner of the car at that time). I Am being penalized for something that I did not do. If it was under my name I was going to service the car as I did at 48000km for 45000km and 60000km service. Basically it shows that I've been paying Standard for fun. They just collect and cancel from their side when it's time for them to pay, when it's time for us(clients) to pay then its Okay to them. People please stay away from Standard Bank and Innovation Group. It's just a rip off... Who thought a big company like Standard Bank will behave or treat their clients like this? We all expect peace of mind with Standard Bank but I guess it's the other way round. Now I am asking myself what is going to happen to the premiums I have been paying, obviously I do not want a refund. I want them to provide the service they promised while selling the policy to me at that time. PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK AND INNOVATION GROUP, RATHER TRY LIQUID CAPITAL OR SOMETHING ELSE. Unless if you've got enough airtime and energy to waste because at the end of the day they will not provide the service they promised. My car has been at Kia Alberton 2 days ago waiting for standard bank approval. I will ensure that I take this issue to social media platforms and 702 so that people are aware. SBS **********

I moved into the house on the 2nd of September 2018, guess what? below are all the issues am experiencing since I moved in and no one is willing to resolve all my issues. 1. Cracked floor tile in the lounge 2. Floor tiles trimming is poor. 3. Kitchen drawers touches Oven when opening and closing. 4. Trapdoor keeps on moving, I think air from outside keeps on moving it. How? I don't know..I think roofing needs to be checked. 5. Municipal rates bill came with balance brought forward of +- R1600 from previous months. Why should I pay for water that I did not use? 6. Taps flat cover plates are loose (for both shower and kitchen), Am not sure if that's how are supposed to be. 7. Water keeps on flowing after flushing the toilet. 8. Toilet flush levers are loose, you have to turn them back after flushing. 9. Bathroom window is broken (I found it like that when I moved in and even now is still not sorted). 10. Grass is installed almost 5 days ago but even now I don't have a tap. How am I going to water the grass? 11. I moved in on the 2nd of September 2018. Even now I do not have a garbage bin. 12. Kitchen security gate becomes a bit difficult for me to lock it. I think it needs to be checked. 13. Stove switch is not properly installed. 14. I did not get all the plugs (Kitchen sink and Basin). 15. Grass is only installed outside (agreement was 200m2). Am expecting some to be installed inside. I bought a car from BMW Used Cars Club Fountains on the 22nd of June 2018. When I collected the car it didn't have a spare key and license disc was expired. Salesman (Phemelo) promised to sort them out the following week. The following week he collected the car on Friday (29th June 2018) and kept the car with him until 6th of July 2018 (The whole week). He sent me an email on the 5th of July 2018 saying that the car is ready for collection, I can come on 6th July 2018. I did collect the as per his request. On Sunday (8th of July 2018) I realized that the license disc is still the old one which expired on the 31-01-2018. That time the permit he gave me on the collection date is expired on the 7th of July 2018 (Risk: Should I get involved in an accident am on my own, insurance will not pay).Okay, On Monday (9th of July 2018) I called his Manager explaining the siuation and she came back to me saying that Phemelo the Salesman says that he's got the license disc with him, he will deliver to it to me in the next 3 hours. Guess what? The guy delivered the Permit, really? Didn't he say that he's got the disc with him?Okay I took the Permit. Fine....Come after work on the same day (9th of July 2018). I start the car on the parking lot and I try to push reverse and nothing happens (it was like all the gears locked). I tried for almost 45 Minutes. I called his Manager again she promised to phone me back and she never did. Eventually the gears worked after 45 minutes. I phoned Phemelo again and he promised to come collect the car on the 10th of July 2018. During that period he had the car for the whole week I asked him about the service book, he said it's with him and it's updated, I even asked if the car went for 45000km and he said YES. I phoned KIA to enquire about the service history of the car and they (KIA) told me the last service on their system was at 26000 KM which makes sense now that I had issues with clutch today (9th July 2018). Clearly the car was not going through a proper service at KIA. If it went for proper service obviously I was not going to have issues with clutch at all. It's the third time experiencing clutch issue. The first and second time I didn't really take it serious but now I see that I will have serious issues with clutch kit probably after few months or so. It's not even a month with the car and I already encountered issues, will I survive with the car for the next 6 years? Well I doubt because BMW sold me a car that got issues already. When I bought the car from BMW I thought I will have a peace of mind as it's a well known and reputable dealership. Well it doesn't seem so. Guys please be careful when you buy a used car from BMW Club Fountains, once the bank make a payment then YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN.
Unfortunately I had couple of claims with iWyze, the last claim I had was on the 19th of April 2018 and my car was written off (They settled my car within 10 days and I was very happy with their service). :( , Now Am trying to go back to iWyze with a new car they say they won't be able to insure me and that was not a good feeling knowing that with iWyze you have a peace of mind and it's a very reliable insurance. I am struggling to find the best insurance like iWyze :( . If it was possible to reverse the time I was gonna cancel the trips that made me get accidents to save my policy with iWyze. I love iWyze. I will always refer my friends and family to iWyze.
I took a tracker in March 2018 and unfortunately on the 19th of April 2018 I was involved in an accident and my car was written off. Now I want to cancel tracker they telling me I have to pay 1600 which is not even specified on the contract. If I sold the car I was going to understand this contract thing but in this case my case is written off and I am not palling on buying a car anytime soon.....Now I have to continue paying for something that is not going to work for me? its totally unfair :( . I can even provide proof to show that my car was written off. Its not like I did it intentionally.
I bought a car from McCarthy Gezina on the 10th of February 2018. The car had couple of defects on the day of collection (10 February 2018). Sales Person by the name of Goodwill advised me to take the car home and they will come collect it at my workplace the following week to fix those issues. I never received any call from them until I decided to phone them on Thursday (15th of February 2018) and they made arrangements to come collect it the following week on Tuesday (20th of February 2018). I waited for those guys until 17:00 they never came. The following day on Wednesday (21st of February 2018) they made arrangements to collect it on Monday (26th of February 2018) as they have booked it in on Tuesday (27th of February 2018) at VW Wonderboom Pretoria. I told the guy since well I am in Johannesburg and it’s a bit far for you, I will then drop off my car with my friend at Wonderpark which is near then you will collect it from him on Monday morning (26th of February 2018). My friend never received a call from them on Monday morning (26th of February 2018). On Tuesday (27th of February 2018) I phoned them asking for update, the guy promised to phone my friend. He never did. On the day of collection (10th of February 2018) I requested the salesperson to send an e-mail to assure me that indeed they will fix the issues on the car and he promised to send it on the day of collection (10 February) even today I am still waiting. I am really not impressed with McCarthy Gezina service and I will never recommend any friend/ member of the family to them. The guy is no longer taking my calls and he seems to be ignoring me. I really need advice on the way forward regarding this issue. Below are all the defects/ issues that needs to be fixed. 1. Wiper Cover cracked (on the bonnet). 2. 60 000km Service. 3. Wiper Controller. 4. Passenger Seatbelt. 5. Door/Windows Rubbers (where you said it was hit by hail). - Those covers are really not looking good on the car. 6. Windows Buttons/ Mechanism. (I am unable to close/ open all the windows on the car) 7. Cover next to the light (On the Ceilling). 8. Rear Wiper needs to be replaced. 9. Paint Work on the driver and passenger doors. 10. Engine cover is loose. (Under the engine).
