A Lady Dephne came to my place about 2 weeks ago. she offered me a Policy, but I told her I cannot afford it at the moment, but she insisted on taking my details. She assured me that she won't activate any Policy in my name until I give her a call. I called The Unlimited 2 days ago only for them to tell me that I have an active policy, and I asked them to cancel it, but they said someone from their cancellation team will call within 24 hours, but nothing until now. Then I called Dephey, but she said it's not her fault; I should cancel the policy.

Bright day *******
I ordered food on Uber Eats on the 21 December 2024. I chose the option to meet at the door, but the food was never delivered and even on the app it shows so, I then went to KFC Meadowpoint and I spoke to the manager since the app indicated it was returned to KFC. The Manager just said there is nothing he could do and Uber Eats said there is nothing their can do as well.

Awful customer service
i just got an Explora decoder on Price-lock and it come with a second decoder as an extra view i have been having problems with the extra view decoder when i call they just sending me from post to pillars but the have no problem debiting from my bank account

Awful Service
On the 19 may 2020 there was an amount of R534.22 that went off as an online purchase of which i did not authorize, i contacted Fnb and i was told i have to dill up a form and email it. i did exactly what i was told to and i was told it will be resolved in the next 5 working day. so i called today bur they are just sending me from post to Pillar.
