I downgraded in August 2024 they made excuses it didn't work i still had to pay for 100mbs fibre then I requested a downgrade again requested 4 call backs your agents dropped the call on me 4 times now you saying I requested a downgraded and canceled it which I never did blaming the customer for your mess is not good
I paid my account in full settled my account contacted customer care 4 times to close my account they assured me they will send a statement saying I paid in full I must wait 48 hours and I still getting fees and charges on my account the ivr keeps dropping my call and the customer care is *********** now they giving me another story imagine having to pay close to R1000 monthly only on fees this is a terrible organization do not I repeat DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH RCS!
I took out a contract with MTN since February where I got a smartphone and smart watch. My experience with MTN has been extremely terrible the watch supports esim however MTN can't help customers with anything I tried getting help from customer care and I get transferred from 1 department to another back and forth trying to get a esim for my smart phone eventually they tell me to go to the store which I did managed to get a esim that worked for 40 minutes had to go back to the store couldn't get it fixed they had to do a sim swap to a physical sim because the esim wouldn't work. Great hey, well that's only the beginning. My phone number gets spammed with call centre's that want to sell me stuff when I didn't share my number with anyone seems like MTN doesn't comply with the popi act because I was prompted in for marketing ads without my concent it's MTNs default to sell your information without you prompting in. Next another issue the MTN number I received was recycled so I get other people's nonsense calls and sms's. I tried hiding my number so that no body else would get it however my number gets disconnected when I try to hide my number and change it to private. I contacted support got transferred all over the place again for 3 hours I tried to get someone to help me fix my number issue not being able to hide it they finally logged me a ticket 2 hours later after 6 calls to customer care 2 months later the issue is still persistent and when I try to contact customer care I get transferred back and forth between 2 departments and get placed on hold I haven't seen this level on incompetence in my entire life as a new MTN customer I am am shockingly disappointed!

I was told by the sales consultant that premiums would never increase it was recorded and it was a absolute lie as they increased they rate multiple times whenever they choose. I had this membership for years and let me tell you not once did it benefit me in anyway whatsoever. Part of this membership is that I would receive free paralegal services however they can't even draw up a personalized contract when I requested it. Every time I'd try to contact them I had to explain myself 7 times before I get the same exact answer which is an excuse on why they unable to assist. Their legal advisors are so *********** and unprofessional it always sounds like they sleeping on the other end of the call and shouting kids in the background. I made about 7 attempts to get legal assistance which always resulted in the same answer an excuse on why they unable to help. These people are highly unprofessional and highly ***********. I wasted my airtime and money. Throughout my years having their gold membership I didn't get assistance not a single time and all they did was increase my premiums and not help at all. Please don't waste your money on this *********** company. It also takes them a week to respond to an email. Every reply takes a week if you reply back you have to wait another week

Brilliant company with excellent service! The prices of their items are the best top quality items at the best prices. I just wish I knew about them sooner! 11 out of 10 rating They do however need to upgrade their website lol gave me a few trust issues but best PC company in SA.
I bought some meat from Mitchell's Moslem Butchery that was bad it was my second time experiencing this the first time I had to throw t out because i was too busy working. Anyway I called in told them that the meat was bad and they said I should return it. I came to the store and spoke to the acting manager Nawaaz and he was so rude and highly unprofessional even started shouting in the store and even told me that i shouldn't shop there anymore. I have never seen a Manager more highly disrespectful of their customers in my life.
Good day I received a damaged Furniture Entertainment Unit and a broken sound system from game when ordering online. They delivered returned used items when purchasing online I have been calling for the past month and calling and nobody is assisting me they said they were going to send someone to collect it but they have been handling my ticket very poorly im highly disappointed in the service from Game I get no feedback even after calling numerous times no assistance nothing its been a month now and they not helping me This is by far the worst customer assistance I've ever received do not buy from game online stores they deliver broken items!
I have been using Samsung Rewards app for more than a year and finally when I earned enough points to claim the wireless level headsets they suddenly go out of stock I have been waiting more than a month for new stock to be posted usually it's every week now they don't have stock. I am so disappointed with this as Samsung makes money off you downloading apps for third parties . They have even removed the ability to earn more points to further more prove the scam. I contacted the Samsung Rewards support and they told me they waiting on the stock which never happed before. If you are reading this review please don't make the same mistake I did investing you time and data into this scam uninstall the app because they just use people to fill their pockets and don't deliver when you want to burn the points you earned. This is a massive scam from a massive company Never buying anything Samsung again
<p>I have a ADSL line with Telkom and i have always always recieved bad service the Service randomly goes down and the customer car are the worst you have to wait atleast 15 minutes to get through to a agent and when you actually talk to them they provide the worst service. I got billed twice for the month of January called in they informed they will call me back but they never do. I moved called in the 20th December 2016 and asked to move my line they informed it can only be done on the 9th of January 2017 the 9th have past i recieved a SMS saying a technician will be dispatched however they didn't show up or even call to say they wont be coming i called in waited 19 minutes to get a agent on the line and they informed me that they cannot install my line and pushed the date back to an unkwon time because thats their service. Never take a ADSL line from Telkom i'm cancelling my contract with them.</p>
