Purchased a generator from Makro, online only. Cancelled the order because their payment gateway did not update my order, waited 3 days for Makro to acknowledge my payment, they then said they will refund me. that was on the 28 September. still do date 21 October no refund, i called today, they said they dont know when i will get my refund. very easy to take my money but not to refund it. Email said 5 -10 days, that was 15 days ago.

Booked in a Samsung laser printer for repairs, was informed they wont work on it without new cartridges and a new imaging unit, handed over brand new items, waited over 2 months for repairs, paid for repairs only to find out, the unit still doesn't work, they collected it, 15 days later we were informed they cant fix it, said I will get a refund, still waiting, printer was sent back only to find out they sent back someone else's printer, now i don't have my printer with new cartridge's or imaging unit or a refund.

I had booked to fly to Zimbabwe on the 29 March 2020. On the 24 March I received a letter stating that my flight reference OWJU3Z has been cancelled. I was then taken to a web site site where I could choose a refund or voucher. I selected refund. I then received a letter on 7 April stating sorry for the inconvenience but I do not qualify for a voucher. Basically British Airways Comair has stolen my R5k
After returning an item to the value of R308 the courier was quick to collect the item (item was not as advertised) I never received any info on my credit. I just recently made another purchase and after going through the checkout it never deducted the total with my credit. I had logged a call querying my credit, but to date I have not received any feedback, and my account does not have the function of showing my credit.
Patricia Loubser, very rude person. However that is not the problem, she phoned me on the 12th Dec to say she needs to send me the invoice for customs clearance, I paid the same day and sent back to her the POP requesting confirmation she received it, asked her again on Wed, no response, then Thursday 14th get a phone call again from someone else saying they need to send me an invoice, I told them I paid on the Monday already. I phoned today 15th to see what is happening and I get transferred to Partrica, as I am talking to her she transfers me to someone else but actually just cuts me off. I eventually talk to someone else that says my payment is all in order. Then just after they close for the weekend I get this: Documentation required for import is incomplete or missing. We are working to obtain this information. And then the worst part, I get a new tracking number that says my package which is supposed to be delivered to Joburg today, is going to be sent to Ermelo of all places or back to sender. We only talking about a half a million rand worth of shipping here inc the fees I had to pay for customs. Best part, there were 2 shipments, first one came through quick, now the last one has this issue, its simple the supplier sent through a commercial invoice, UPS handles the rest of the documentation so I dont have a clue what docs are missing. Useless customer support.
