Exceptional service
We booked a safari tour guide from the moment we got to the reception we felt welcome the staff is incredible and very welcoming and friendly, our tour guide G was exceptional top notch service and the food was great also

I had an accident with a pedestrian Friday night 28/01/2022 and Marius Hartslief from first help was on of the people that came to help he was sincere checked up on us and the car and patient enough to first speak with my insurance get authorisation to tow my vehicle but waited until we could get someone to take us home, happy with his professionalism

Supersonic horrible customer service
I had the worst experience with supersonic i would not recommend anyone use them their support system is very slow i tried to log a ticket on their customer portal, send them whatsapp message, twitter DM, and Instagram to complain that my fixed lte has not been working for weeks with no success and when i sent mail to cancel with them then they respond that i need to give 30 days but when i have issues they not there to help

terrible connectivity and bad customer service
Having the worst internet experience and customer support from Afrihost is terrible they never live up to their promises I have to be the one doing follow-ups, my connection keeps breaking every single day even a simple zoom call is not possible I am really disappointed with Afrihost

very very bad service from Scorpion Legal Protection
Very disappointed with scorpion legal been a member for almost two years and never had any legal issues but now have an issue that requires they assistance I have made a claim and submitted all the documents they requested from but i dont get any feedback from them every single time i have to be the one calling i send mail on that case number email they requested the documents from but i never get any feedback and when i do call i get transferred from one to the other with no help one agent even hung up the call on me after 15min of waiting and its been weeks now trying to get any form of feedback regarding the matter

Pathetic services
Worst company to do business with i report fraudulent account oppened using my name two months ago submitted affidavits etc called them countless times but still today they sending me invoices of that account even affected my credit rating because they not closing and resolving it.
