Volkswagen Waterfront on Dock Road Cape Town, did a major services on my vehicle and decided to remove 1 wheelnut from each wheel. When I contacted them they said they cant help me today and just put the phone down in my ear. If im going to get in an accident and my insurance is not going to pay out I will sue them for everything

I have faced long wait times on the phone, and when I finally do reach a representative, they often seem ill-equipped to address my concerns. Errors in Transactions: On multiple occasions, I have experienced errors in transactions processed by your bank. These errors have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, as I have had to spend significant time and effort rectifying these mistakes. Lack of Transparency: There seems to be a lack of transparency in the fees and charges imposed by your bank. I have been surprised by unexpected fees appearing on my account statements, with little to no explanation provided. Outdated Technology and Processes: Your bank's technology and processes appear outdated and inefficient. Online banking services are clunky and slow, making simple transactions needlessly complicated. I believe that these issues reflect a systemic problem within your organization that needs to be addressed urgently. As a business customer, I rely on your bank to provide reliable and efficient services to support my day-to-day operations. The current standard of service falls far short of what I expect from a reputable financial institution. I urge you to take immediate steps to improve the quality of your business services and restore customer confidence in your bank. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the measures you intend to take to address these concerns. If these issues are not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to consider moving my business accounts to a more reliable institution.

Discovery I am so disgusted, furious, angry, disappointed and annoyed with Discovery Insurance, and upset with myself that I have MISPLACED my trust in Discovery. I am shocked about the amount of bad reviews that only came to my attention now. I am insured under the Purple Plan of Discovery or was… I had a house robbery on the 18th of October 2020, where I was held hostage for around 7 hours. I have suffered a massive loss, not just my car and personal belongings that were stolen but went through a dramatic traumatized incident and my personal space was taken away from me. My life was in danger and I prepared myself every minute that I am going to die and I never ever had the thought that I would see another day. My Range Rover was stolen during the robbery as well as all my juwellery, electronics, brand name bags and clothes, in my house. I had a 2018 model Range Rover Evoque. With Land Rover you get a Land Rover Remote app which gives you the live location and details about the car for example start the engine, doors and windows that are open etc. The morning when the police, security, fly squad etc arrived at my house, the app as well as Mix Telematics gave the location where my car was. (Police and Mix Telematics staff communicated and confirmed) The police and Mix Telematics worked together. They went to the location which was updated and tracked on the Land Rover Remote App as well confirmation from Mix Telematics office, but the car was not there, which means the tracking units of Land Rover and Matrix were deactivated. It took matrix 2 to 3 days to found signal and to recover my car. My car was found in KZN. According to the police the ownership was changed on my car (Range Rover Evoque) the day before my robbery and that I am not the current owner anymore but the previous owner. The ownership change was done in Mpumalanga. I contacted Wesbank because the car is still financed with Wesbank. Wesbank confirmed that the ownership was changed and started an investigation, because Wesbank still got the original NATIS documents. Discovery, which is my insurer, received a report from Mix Telematics “stated” and “recorded” that my car was in ANOTHER location for a month WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I DO HAVE EVIDENCE THAT MY CAR WAS IN MY POSSESSION (Evidence will be given to my legal team as well to the police and would like to publish my evidence). According to Mix Telematics my car was in KZN since the 1st of October 2020 from their history report, but my robbery was on the 18th of October 2020. Land Rover Remote App showed that my car was in Lanseria (last location updated) the morning I was “released” and the police and everyone arrived at my house. Because of Mix Telematics giving the incorrect location report and data/information that the beame recovering unit history showed that the car was not in my possession, I am facing charges from Discovery (insurer) and also a claim that has been declined. (My entire claim) Discovery have not consulted with me or phoned me or had any discussions about the findings on their side, only “your claim has been rejected and we are opening up a fraud case”. I am facing a massive financial loss and suffering emoitionally truama of the robbery. 1. I am still waiting from the 19th of October 2020 up untill today, the 15th of Novemeber 2020 for counselling that was offered, suggested and discussed with Discovery. (UNACCAPTABLE SERVICE). 2. According to my Discovery Purple Plan policy, it is NOT A REQUIREMENT for a tracking or recoverying unit. So how can my claim be declined and rejected based on a recoverying unit that gave incorrect data????? Because there were 2 tracking units in the car, Discovery picked and chose which one to believe and use, and I want to know who gave you, Discovery, that authorisation? I have enough proof to provide that my car was in my possession when I got robbed. According to your rejection letter, Ms Zuma had the car since the 2nd of October 2020. The ownership was changed on the 17th of October 2020 (day before my Range Rover was stolen). So Discovery, please get some common sense that no car will be bought and driven for so long (plus minus 15 days according to your “findings”), by a “new owner” and be still registered on the previous owner’s name. Basically what you are telling me is that Ms Zuma could have done crime with my car during the, plus minus 15 days the car was still on my name, and then would have come back to me as if I did the crime? The robbers knew my address, they knew about my juwellery, they knew my movements, and with this you can see that I was targeted! 3. I received and email on the 28th of October 2020, that I cancelled my policy and was back dated to the 19th of October 2020. I did not cancelled my policy, DISCOVERY CANCELLED MY POLICY AND BACK DATED IT!!!! 4. I was robbed on the Sunday 18th of October 2020 untill the Monday, 19th of October 2020 around 3AM (according to the police). On the Monday, I was busy with the police the entire day. I had to change ALL my locks in my house. My gate had to be fixed. I had to ammend my emotional feelings. So I did not slept since the Saturday, and only went to bed that Monday night. Tuesday, the assessor of Discovery came to see me. I was still in shocked and was still very truamatised when I gave him my statement. I did not had enough time to process what happened and to calm down. I was on medication and there was an ECG done the morning when the ambulance arrived. So I made a mistake in my statement to the assessor that my Porsche was also stolen, meanwhile my friend took it. Only a week later when my friend was arrested and I got in contact with everryone, I remembered and realised that he took it. Yes, I made a “truamatised” and “still in shocked and emotionally drained” human error, BUT, I informed my investigator immediately and I phoned Discovery and told them about my mistake. NOW I am being judged and penalised because of my human error which I rectified immediately when memory came back. Discovery do you think I would have claimed for the Porsche and still be able to drive around with it????? Please don’t act stupid. What takes my breath away, is that the Police is still busy with the investigation, but Discovery are “done” with their “investigation” and “finding” and “conclusion”, and quickly to state DECLINED and WE ARE NOT PAYING. I took my policy out with Discovery, thinking, beliving, and trusting that they will have my back and assist me in any awefull event, and would understand circumstances, but clearly they just used, abused and stole my money and mislead me in each and every possible way. You have insulted me and you have accused me of fraud. It is almost a month that I am without any laptop, computer, cellphone, etc which means I CAN NOT WORK, WHICH MEANS, NO F*C*ING INCOME, WHICH MEANS NO MONEY FOR LIVING!!!!!! DISCOVERY, which is supposed to have my back, cant see that I was 100% a target for this robbery. My ownership of my vechicle was changed without settling Wesbank, the robbers knew exactly my address, my movements, what valuable belongings I had, EVERYTHING. For Discovery to insult me of fraud and looking for a reason not to pay out is f*cking bull****. This is the biggest insult and slapped in my face. I will not leave this case here, and I will go public, and I will go to every news paper, I will contact Carte Blanch. Discovery can expect a case against them and I will take legal action against them. With this INCORRECT INFORMATION and INCORRECT UPDATES about the location history (INACCURATE LOCATIONS), I am facing a massive financially and emoitionally loss. I went into an agreement and contract with Mix Telematics, which makes me the “owner” or “client” of this agreement, but when I asked for the history report to see what is going on and what it recorded, I was told by Mix Telematics that they are not allowed to supply me with that information eventhough I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICES. Not for one moment did Mix Telematics think or investigate that maybe the unit was faulty or pampered with. I mean, if my ownership of my car could have been changed without me or Wesbank’s knowledge the day before my robbery, and that the robbers knew my address and movements, dont you think that a thing like a recovering unit could have been jammed or pamperred with????? I will not leave this case here, and I will go public, and I will go to every news paper, I will contact Carte Blanch. Mix Telematics can expect a case against them and I will take legal action against them. I will not accept this kind of service. Inaccurate location data history, no signal for more than 24 hours, no proper consultation, advise, findings or speculations, is unaccaptable. The amount of bad reviews Mix Telematics have on the internet is just such a shock and now Im understanding why. I WILL ADVISE THAT NO ONE GO WITH MIX TELEMATICS, RATHER USE ANOTHER TRACKING COMPANY THAT IS TRUSTWORTHY AND SUPPLY BETTER SERVICE.
My phone was stolen 3 days ago and my sim swop is still not done. Im waiting for 3 days now for my sim swop and every time Im phoning they say its been escalated and waiting for feedback. Im a red premium PLUS customer, with the highest package and this is the service im getting.
Good day I just want to share my bad experience with Land Rover South Africa to the world. I bought a Range Rover Evoque brand new from Land Rover Waterford, which is an 2018 model and registered in January 2018. In the middle of April 2018 a light, Coolant Level Low, came on. I stopped immediately at Land Rover Bedfordview to have this checked out before work. The afternoon the dealership phoned me and said "There is something wrong with the car but they don't know what". I used uber to get from point A to B because they didn't had a car for me. Only the next day I got a vehicle. A week later after following up myself numerous times, I got the feedback that they are waiting for Land Rover South Africa to replace the engine. I was furious and still are. I insisted that I want a brand new vehicle or I want this deal canceled. I came from Mercedes Benz to Land Rover and this is the biggest mistake I have ever made. The vehicle is getting a new engine after 3 months and the service is pathetic for a "Luxury Brand" like Land Rover/Range Rover. Im very sorry but I'm not going to pay a R1mil for a car and then after 3 months the engine needs to be replaced. This is the 3rd week now and after me following up once again with Land Rover South Africa they told me that they cannot not replace the vehicle as there is a warranty. I don't care about the warranty or the service plan or what ever is included, the fact is its a brand new car and after 3 months getting a new engine. Now, I need to drive a R1mil car, knowing that the engine is replaced after 3 months and that the service I'm getting is up to no good, which I'm not accepting. If the car was a present to me and I don't have to pay for it, then it is no problem for me to drive the car. BUT IM THE ONE WHO IS PAYING. Im not happy at all. Now they want me to pay for the vehicle that is "Luxury" but this is what I'm getting. No one on this planet will accept this. If I can get this deal canceled, I wont even think twice to go back to Mercedes Benz. I hope that I will get an answer today WITHOUT ME PHONING AND FOLLOW UP! I will never in m life recommend Land Rover to anyone and will never buy one again!
Good day So yesterday afternoon i was on a call when suddly my phone got cut off. No signal. My signal is down since last night. This morning i phoned vodacom and said to me that someone appertly did a som swop yesterday. I said no it cant be because it wasnt me. I would know right. So they locked the line and said that they handing this over to the fraud department. They told me to go to a vodacom store and do a sim swop. So i went to a vodacom store and after 2 hours they said that they cant help me cause IT must phone them back. Once again, im so frustrated because my phone is still nog working and no one knows what the hell is going on. Vodacoms service is pathetic and cant even assist me. Im running a business and need my phone im not here to run around after vodacom and they dont even know what is wrong.
