On the 30th of December, I came through to Dros Kyalami with my family. I was served by a waitress named Sisanda or something to that effect, she served us well and have no issues with that however when it was time to pay my bill was R1101.90 I added a R100 tip to that and my total was supposed to be R1201.90 but I realized the next day when I went through my transactions that I was actually charged R1301.90 . My husband also gave her a R100 cash tip. This is really dishonest, and I have sent them an email but didn't even get an apology
I have been on the phone for almost 10 minutes holding for the dispensary at carlswald and no answer, I eventually spoke to Zakile who answered but cut me off when I told her I am not getting through to dispensary and I needed assistance on when my mothers medication will be delivered.
Awesome stay, dinner was excellent, staff was helpful and the room was clean. Would love to go back especially for the awesome massage at their spa.
i have sent an email on the 29th of June and have had no response to date. There is suddenly an increase in the fibre plan that i took in February 2020. I was told the amount will be fixed for two years when i initially took the deal. This is not on, how do they expect people to pay an increase of R130 more when it hasnt even been a year yet!
I placed an online order at 11.30 am my order was delivered only at 13.09, after calling twice the people at the woodmead branch said they will contact the driver and get back to me but they didnt.
I went to the Nandos at Bluehills and bought a full chicken and two sides. I have asked for hot and extra hot but the chicken that i got tasted boiled. There was hardly any flavour. I would not recommend this place to anyone and utterly dissapointed. Seems like Nandos is losing it.
I am utterly disappointed at your services, on the 20th of July I purchased a Nokia 7 plus 11 days later i noticed a defect at the bottom right of the screen, it look like a smudge underneath the screen which cannot be wiped out. I contacted digital planet that is your middle man for smart devices on the 2nd of August and they arranged for pick up only on the 6th of August. The phone was sent back with the same problem two weeks later 22/08/2018. I called digital planet immediately and advised them that nothing was done to fix the problem. From the 22/08/2018 till today the 27/08/2018 They still don't know why the phone was sent back and just arranged for it to be picked up once again. I have emailed and requested for feedback on are they are going to replace the screen or give me a new device and no one can tell me anything.
I would like to compliment Vinolia at the sterns boulders branch. She had to go back two years and look for the slip in order to exchange an item due to the poor quality. She was very friendly and readily available to assist. Kept in contact through the process of finding the slip. I wish all service providers could have staff like her.
<p>I have taken up a Data contract with Vodacom in at the end of November 2016, this is the second time from then till now that i am subcribed to some Oprah telecom nonsense. I called the call centre to find out what can i do to stop this from ever happening again and the lady tells me there is absolutely nothing, i have lost way over a R1000 on this nonsense, In my opinion vodacom knows this is a way to make money so that's why they donot stop it. I have asked her for a list of websites accessed on this device and IP address she tells me that there is no such report. I am very annoyed with the service and will change service providers as soon as this wretched contract is over!</p>
<p>I went to the Spar at Carlswald on saturday to get some bread rolls. I awaited by the bakery counter and was assisted by a very unhappy attendant. She looked very irritated for some reason and took it out on me when i couldnt decide which rolls i wanted. As i awaited for her to pack my rolls i noticed flies sitting on their rolls at that point i tried to get the attention of one of the staff and they just ignored me until i said something nasty " this is why we will stay a third world country" The baker then commented and said what must we do?! everytime we see a fly must we run? I told him that you are not interested in the fact that people would get sick if they eat that. He continued to just ignore the fly on the roll. I got so ****ed of that i recieved such a response and went to the manager. He also looke ****ed of for some reason and just said all i can do is apologise and talk to the baker, Why do people like this go into retail if they cant handle customers and have no etiquette. I think Spar just hires low paid staff with no etiquette to maximise their profits. I will not set foot in another spar again. People need to be aware of this and stop buying at places that treat customers as if they are doing us a favour. They should be greatful that we as customers chose their brand/store because if everyone stopped supporting them they would be out of Jobs. Big retailers like this dont care because they will always get business so its no loss to them if one customer complains. I say that everyone should insist on good quality service cause the price is included in the goods we purchase!!!</p>
