Prices are a little ridiculous
Prices are absolutely crazy. Working as a contractor for 16 years. Sent one of my electricians working in Pretoria area to pick up a few panels lights. Just 8 panel 18 watt panel lights. Prices was insane. So much so that it was cheaper to drive to my usual supplier in the middle of Joburg and drive all the way back. Same items bought (same brand) were pretty much half the price. I understand memebers of teh publiuc pay a bit more but its pretty obvious we were contractors - written right accross the front of the T-shirt. If it was a bit more, fine. But double? Anyway we have a month long project near there - I won't even bother asking prices.

****, pathetic standards. Laughable
This pathetic company harassed me weekly back in 2015 I think it was. We never, in 16 years, do or ever done on line marketing. All work is word of mouth. Kept blocking there number as wasn't interested. A mail appeared with a pathetic looking advert (comical) with my company logo on it. Completely amateurish and cheap looking. They said for R2200 I could be put on business directory. I remember so well writing to them that if you put that ****py advert on your directory there will be lawyer's letters - that pathetic standard of advert does not represent my company So no, we definitely never requested your very poor quality services (really the ad they made up looked like it was done by a 8 year old for a school project). They have been sending me an invoice for unrequested "services" still to this day. Suggest you just tell them where to go. Useless/inept
Holy **** - how complicated is it! My sister sends Christmas gifts under the value stated so not liable for import tax. I mean - it's 2 novelty t shirts and some cat treats (which you charged us for a vet to inspect even though they are available in South Africa). The gifts are worth about 45 pounds UNDER THE AMMOUNT FOR IMPORT TAX. I can't say it nicely anymore as we have sent mails and phoned and you don't seem to get it. Useless. I get we are liable for import tax over a certain value but they are not over the value. Would you like me to write in colourful crayons for you? Would that make it easier to understand. I can't even phone you because I'll just swear you until I'm blue in face.

I can't emphasize what a pile of junk this Rain 5 101 thing is. Its like (when it works) having internet from the late 90's Its basically, especially on weekends, unusable. The speeds it advertises are laughable. Lucky to be able to open facebook and try streaming something to your TV - nope. You pay a silly amount and end up using your phone as a hot spot - because it quicker and more stable. Cancelled this month - ****

Don't bother with 5G router - slow
5G router - it takes me back to early 90's in terms of speed. Complete piece of junk. I hotspot from my FNB data - because its quicker?

Cancelling with them today. Made a claim against ****** tools from my van. Clear on CCTV what was taken. Can been seen Lifting gate of rails then 10 minutes later leaving with claimed items. Refuse to pay as they said can was unlocked (100% sure it was locked) it can been seen on the time stamp of the CCTV they were more than 10 minutes at the van. They were either breaking i, or window shopping for 10 minutes. Suggestion - if someone breaks in to your car - even if the locks are not damaged(the old coat hanger trick) - smash them up a bit. Or you will not get paid.

Same problem again
Again! Not sure if this is my 4th or 5th Blackview but i am sure its the 4th or 5th where first the mic ****s out, followed by battling to make calls followed by speaker failing - Same everytime. Clearly a weakness in these phones. 4 or 5 times can't be a coincidence. My cupboard looks like a blackview graveyard. Won't buy again. Good whilst they last but feels like they are only designed to last so long.

Blackviews weakness
They are good phones - take a lot of abuse but their weakness is the speakers and microphones - 4th blackview I have bought where the speaker fails. Current one not even 8 months old. They do repair but everytime I end up buying another phone as a spare whilst they repair. And everytime it's repaired it gets wiped so make sure you back up.

To slow.....
Drive to Electromechica -its quicker. A lot of the electricians in Jo'burg call ACDC "the last resort". Where you go to when you just can't get it anywhere else. The service is pathetically slow. I have never made it out of long meadow branch in less than an hour and half! What are you doing back there. Even when you order at Germiston branch to pick up at long meadow still always over an hour. Germiston not as bad but still usually wait in line for ages just to buy of the shelf. And most of there products are ****. If we need something urgently (like on a break down) we send a driver to Electromechanica near gold reef city - even when we are working with our clients in greenstone. How can it be quicker to drive all the way to gold reef city, order you material, collect it and drive back than goto a warehouse which is within walking distance of a job you are doing. Sloooooooow..... How you are still in business I don't know.

Lack of stock- EVERY TIME.
Your stock is hopeless. I have never come into your shops and left with everything needed. I have been (trying) to buy from you guys since you opened in Green stone but it always turns into a mission. Yes, check on line to see if there is stock the night before of what ever i need. Despite what it says on line you never have all the items. This weekend the web site showed 30 x 12mm sheets of ply in stock at boksburg - get there - none in stock. Nor were half the other items thats your website says are in stock. I always end up going the builders. I now just figure goto Builder Warehouse - I always end up there anyway. Might be a little more pricey but its better than wasting time doing 2 stops. Its not like its once or twice - its every single time. Both Green stone and Boksburg are as bad as each other. Also some of your stock is pretty much s****. Drove to Boksburg to get wooden fence post a few weeks back (7cm x 7cm). Whilst I appreciate wood is natural product they were so warped that they were not fit for the purpose. Its builders warehouse for me from now on.
