I've been calling the whole day trying to get a quote for 2 parts. Each call is nothing less than 10 minutes, they keep on transferring me from one person to the next.
I took out a new LTE contract with Telkom with a mifi router on the 21.11.2023. Everything went through and i was promised delivery on Monday 27.11.2023. Nothing came through, i called the and they advised that it's still with a creditors and they still need to capture some information and delivery will be today 30.11.2023 & I haven't received anything and no communication from them. I call again today but i'm not getting any assistance.
I did a laybuy on sneakers & the lady who helped me advised me once i finish paying, I will get free socks. When i paid the last installment the guy who assisted me told i can't get the socks. I'll only get them if i had bought the sneakers cash.
Great job, they didn't give any problems. I got my new phone within a week after submitting my claim.
I've been trying to upgrade my contract with Telkom for over a week. I don't even know where to start. The level of service from their call center agents. None of them know what they are doing. I've been calling everyday since the 13th with no assistance. Everyone of them is telling me a new story and blaming the previous one I spoke to. I've been with them for several years never have i received such poor service.
They debited my account twice in August 2021 and I've been calling them for since then. My query hasn't been resolved. I call 3/4 times a month but no assistance I've sent emails still nothing.
Good Day I have a contract with telkom and i insured my device and they Finrite. The phone was stolen and all the necessary documents were sent to them two weeks ago. No one has replied to my emails and when i call no one picks up. I've calling a minimum of 3 times a week with no answer. Today i waited for over an hour but nothing.
Brilliant service thus far. I've had to claim they didn't give any problem(s). I'd suggest them to anyone looking for insurance.
<p>I had an accident in the begining of the month where i hit a poth hole and two of my tires got messed up.</p> <p>I had to claim so my car can get fixed and they decided to increase my premuim and access.</p> <p>My premium went by R200 and they tripled my access whixh doesnt make sense.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've called them to cancel but no one in that department is picking up and they are not returning my calls.</p>
