I placed an order on 4 December 2025, on 6 December 2025 I got an email to say my order was canceled as the items were out of stock. On 13 December I emailed to find out why I never recieved my refund only to be told apologies for not processing your refund, please send your banking details so we can get it processed and only after it is processed you will recieve it in 14 working days. I followed up today, 17 December and was told the request was sent to finance and I will be notified once processed. How flippen disgusting is this from a company this big? If I did not follow up I would not have received my refund! How many people just assume they were automatically refunded and dont check their bank statements or follow up! How many refund monies is Game actually sitting with?! All I wanted to do was make a purchase and now, I need to wait until next year to recieve my refund if I'm lucky!
Purchased an item from Makro online, they delivered the incorrect color. I immediately logged a return, which was scheduled to be collected on a date and time. The collection did not happen. For 2 weeks and still waiting, I've been calling the call center everyday with no update, I've been to the store as well and they turned me away as this is apparently an online only item, so all returns or exchanges needs to be online only. I purchase from Makro every month, however this is the first time I need to return/exchange an item. Disgusted with this terrible service!!!
I was charged double the amount because the driver decided to continue the trip after my drop off. Conveniently customer service response is "this trip isn't eligible for a price adjustment". This is not the first time this happens, Uber is robbing their clients!😡

I took out a temp loan in 2020 and paid it up a month later and received a paid up letter, however I have been struggling to get this temporary loan appearing as in arrears for the full amount which has been settled removed from my ITC records for over two years! I have contacted the call center, I have emailed all the email address provided, I've been to the branches and these incompetent staff and bank still can not update their records!
I notified Payfast that one of their merchants Erranize on their website is scamming their clients. My order was placed and paid for but not delivered, I tried getting hold of them on the contact details on their website and it is all not in use. Payfast do not want to take responsibility in this regard and has not responded to my escalation. What security measures are you taking to ensure your customers do not get scammed? And why are you promoting merchants who scams your customers?
I paid for my goods to be delivered, when I tried to call, email, whatsapp the contact numbers on the website it is all not in use. Eventually got hold of them via Facebook messenger and got told the business is undergoing new ownership and they not sure where the monies went.
My App has been blocked and your incompetent call center agents can not assist. All you get told is "We have escalated the issue" and "Our team will get back to you" Disgusted by this terrible service! This bank has only been giving me problems since I opened it! WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT! I am closing this account as soon as all this B'S is sorted out!
I made a purchase using more time, the store couldn't deliver my order and apparently declined my purchase. It is a month later and I still have not recieved my refund despite calls and emails daily to both the store and Tymebank. Tymebank's response is "We are not responsible for refunds not made, contact the store". The store's response is "We have not recieved your payment because we declined your purchase, contact tymebank". Disgusted by this "service"
I have placed a Valentine's order for my husband, the order has still not been delivered! The call centre is not able to take my calls due to the "high volume of calls" and none of my emails have received a response! Thank you netflorist for ruining my Valentine's and now, not even offering an apology or a refund
