I am once again reverting to this platform to make others aware of the problems that I have been expriencing with Isabella Garcia. Last month logged a call with them regarding my Beauty rands which was not accumatling and disappeared even though i never used any of it. I agen by the name of Andri got back to me, very professional and promised to sort things out. After a few days she got back to me and the missing points was reinstated. Andri also promised me that she will be monitoring my account to check that the same problem does't recure. Well low and behold this month the same problem. And Andri I sent you an email on 10 March already with regards to the problem but i am still awaiting a response. In october 2025 my points was 600 and some change now every month since then it should have accumalated 150 points monthly which equates to 600 points. However on 10 March I get an email from Isabella Garcia stating that my point is 736. Now really it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make the calculations and know there is something fishy here. Last month Andri told me that they became aware that the points wasn't adding up and accumalating, now i ask you " An international brand such as Isabella Garcia is made aware that there is a glitch in the algorithm that accumalates the points but still nothing is being done about it. I really do not have the time, patience to be policing my Beauty Rands on a monthly basis. And when i bring it to your attention no one responds.
I am writing this review with so much frustration but also sadness. I have been a loyal customer of Isabella Garcia since they started their business. I only use their products and only have a monthly R99 subscription i pay for Beauty rands currently. I have been labelled as an Ambassador for Isabella Garcia. Firstly my disgruntlement started by having to hold on forever when you phone the number on the website. I was holding on for almost 20 min before an agent assisted or responded. I was trying to explain my issue with this agent which just took more and more of my time and airtome as she wasn't listeneing to what i was trying to bring across. I had to constantly tell her but you are not listening to me. Now monthy Isabella Garcia takes R99 off for beauty rands and it us supposed to accumalate. The last time a used the beauty rands was in September 2025 , so in essence from end of September when the debit went off the beauty rands had to accumalate. Now this is where things get interesting because it is 5 months later, my last payment went off yesterday 28 January 2026 . when i checked this morning 29 January 2026 for how much Beauty rands I have it showed 0 (zero) Now really it is not rocket science to figure out that something sinister is happening here. And this agent was so *********** she couldnt' respond accordingly. As much as i don't want to but i will after all these years of loyalty and marketing Isabella Garcia to family and friends I would rather cancel my subscription. i am disheartened by the level of service Isabella Garcia is lately providing. Isabella Garcia have really dropped the ball and loyal customers.
During December Finchoice deducted my December installment on 18 December already. Then later they send me reminders my payment is due on 27 December. Then the first week in January i get harrased daily by an agent Nola telling me to make arrangments as my account is arrears. Remember I already paid in December. Only after posting here did they check and appretnly acknowledge it was a glitch, conveniently. Well Finchoice agents now that glitch has affected my credit score and i have no credit available to me at any institution because you didn't clear the error which was caused on your side. After posting on Hello Peter , Finchoice agent Hayley sends me emails with total no knowledge of what the query is , i wonder if the person actually went into the account to check what was happening or what i was referring to. However when i respond on email asking for a call back to verbally explain what the issue is Hayley does not respond. So now i am sitting with a negetive credit score and no credit available because of Finchoice's mess.
For the last week I have been called up to 5 times a day by FinChoice agents wanting to know when I am going to pat my account that is in arrears. Yet in December they already took my December installment off on 18th December and not the 21st or 24th. I posted my frustration here on this platform because afterward they were sending messages of payment due 27th December. Immediately they called to apologize and obviously blamed it on a system glitch. As if we don't all know that line. Now this last week and agent by the name of Nolo had my blood pressure boiling by starting off the call to ask when do I plan to pay the arrears on my account. Only after she opens the account she sees the account is up to date actually paid before the time. She was going to escalate the matter to be updated on their side. But like and behold the same agent calls again today after I gave her a piece of my mind, literally harassing me about arrears. As I was about to blow my top she eventually opened the account to once again see that it is up to date. So who at FinChoice is not doing their work, because clearly it is not these agents calling who are supposed to "escalate" the matter. This is clear cut harrassment because of service staff being ***********.
Every other week there is no internet service. I specifically took a high package paying g over R800 monthly to keep having down time. My son couldn't submit his varsity projects because of no service for days. Yet monthly they deduct the money with no refunds or question. I am seriously looking for a better service provider in Bonnie Brae area as the 1 we had before Vox was excellent. Now once again no internet connection yet you pay so much money.
My 36 month loan payment which is due 27 December 2025 was deducted from my bank account on 18 December 2025 already. Now I keep getting reminders of my payment due on 27 December still. I have tried calling FinChoice but no response. Although the payment went through on 18 December 2025 my profile still doesn't reflect the payment and I went to the bank who confirmed it was a debi check and definitely went through. I need answers Please get back to me regarding this matter
I was expecting a parcel to be delivered today from dpd and called last week with instructions that it be delivered before 2pm as the facility I work at would close at that time. This morning I received a message the parcel is out on delivery. At 12pm no sight of the courier and I start phoning the help center in joburg from my cell phone only to be told they can't make contact with the cape Town office to check on the driver. I then started calling every 30 /40 min to check on when the driver will be coming as they were going to send a message to the cape Town office. Only to be told every time that there is no feedback. The facility I work at is in a very volatile area and from 2pm I was standing outside waiting for the courier and kept calling the joburg office as apparently you can't call the cape Town office directly. At about 4.20pm a gang of guys came past who by that time saw me standing alone and I had to then walk to the police station for safety. I once again called DPD joburg but no help and eventually left. Is this the type of customer service you provide by drivers not sticking to time frames and I know traffic can be hectic but 2 hours look after the driver is still not reachable. And then placing the customer at risk of their safety because the help center is of no help either. I am still waiting for a response and I even filled in the online form for a call back No delivery has taken place yet either. Start taking your customers safety serious.
I have an order from Bash which had to be collected for return by this company. The courier in 3 attempts only contacted me once. According to the message they send they couldn't collect as no one was present. Yet I have screen shot of my clocks at work in the morning and everything when I was waiting for them to collect. The courier has the audacity to send a response at v 4pm saying no one on site. Bash why use aa company with a bunch of ****s supposedly to do collections. Yet in this same week I had 3 deliveries from Bash with Ram at the same site and I signed for all the deliveries. So who is lying to who. I have screen shot of correspence I sent to the company also Don't ever make use of this company service
I purchased items at bash which was delivered on Monday. The 2 item was to small so I returned it to total sports cape gate. Only to be told their system does not allow for such returns. I then did the return on the bash what's app system. Another nightmare. I received messages that the courier would come for collection. 1 day I let them know I am not available. The following day the courier logs a call at 3pm saying no one wS available for collection. No I can print out my work time sheet to prove till what time I was working because clearly the courier was not there. Bash should make use of honest couriers and not a bunch of ****s. I have sent pics of the order. Pics of the error message on the shop not wanting to return my items. I have pics of the lies the coyrier sent which are time stamped US this really the level of customer service TFG have dropped to.
Early June I bought a pair of crocs and +/- 8 jibbitz online. Within minutes the order was complete and 19june I received the order. When I opened the package I found that the jibbitz was not in the packaging. I immediately phoned and was asked to send a photo of what was received. I did this. A week later still no response from customer service. When I phone you hold on for 40min only for the line to cut out. Now I receive an email from them saying the request is closed as the matter has been resolved. Nothing has been resolved. I still have not received the missing items. A bunch of ******* this. I posted on their Facebook ad about this experience but they don't even respond their. For a company that is supposed to be do reputable. They are ****s
