why am I paying for curtesy car option if I have to pay extras when I need the car?? This is really a **** cause wth???? And it’s so unfair…. The lady that caused the incident is relaxed and her insurance i momentum bathulile… or yena, she’s isgebengi ☹️ and I’m struggling, not fair…she hit mey car in my absence 👎🏾 and now I’m the one struggling 😭… why??? 💔💔💔💔… I don’t have money for curtercy car 🤷🏾♀️… what now?
I'm writing this with a heavy heart and so much disappointment. I was really hoping and praying that takealot will be able to assist me. I returned a laptop/tablet last week without the passive stylus because we lost it. The reason for the return is because the tablet didn't switch on, stopped working and charging. My daughter uses it for school as they don’t use textbooks. On Thursday I received an email from them (takealot) about the said missing item, I responded that it was lost and then today sent them a DM on Twitter asking for feedback. I pleaded and begged them to please either fix it or replace it without the said missing item. My daughter is really missing out a lot on school work cause we’re still waiting. And then to my shock I was told that they 'regrettably can not assist as there is an item missing. I understand that maybe they can't replace it but I bought this tablet/lapton in December 2021, so a warranty is still valid. I even asked that they please at least fix it instead of replacing it or if they can't do that then replace it without the passive stylus. This laptop is not even a year old and now we will be stuck with something that's still under warranty and yet they wont even try to assist or meet me halfway. I was not even looking for a new one just that they check the problem with the one we sent and they fix/repair it. the amount of disappointment and sadness I have can not even be put in writing. I am so emotionally exhausted and drained. My daughter is behind with her school work, I don't even have the funds to either fix or replace this one. I so wish they could just fix it, now what must I do with something that's not working? how is my daughter going to do her school work, she's already so far behind.

Zero rating for both indwe and GAP. Made a claim about 2 or 3 years ago about a geyser fault, they appointed a plumber that had it replaced (gap apparently HAD THE GEYSER REPLACED ) and now less than 5 years later I’m been given the run around cause the said geyser is apparently ‘burst’ and don’t know who to talk to and not getting the help that I need FFS. Spoke to the manufacturer (GAP) and they’re telling me they’re waiting for photos from insurance (indwe) and the said insurance (indwe) is telling me stories (I have to find out more information from the manufacturer), I’m stuck between two companies not knowing who should take responsibility for this repair or replacement. Indwe is just unreliable when it comes to customer service shame

R1277.34 was deducted from my account today, when I called the guy that was assisting me said the debit was activated in 2015 but then all along this so called debit hasn't been off/taken since then (if it ever was), so meaning this is unlawful debit. I have a credit card with you guys and I always make the payment myself, you don't debit it, so what is this now and even the reference number used, I don't know it, so what is it for? where is my money?
I have never been so frustrated and angered by anyone like I am by you guys. About 2 weeks ago when I tried to do a sim swap it was not successful and it kept on giving an error message both at the shops (vodacom 4u and vodacom chatz at carnival mall) and on the phone (Bongane from solutions was helping me). On the 27th December I got a call from Erica (at vodacom broadacres in fourways) telling me that there has been an upgrade done on my number by the user name sonapraj on the 24th of December. So how is it so easy for someone to do a fraudulent upgrade and yet me the owner of the number I couldn't do a sim swap? Please help in sorting this out, it's really frustrating and tiring now, I can't be running up and down trying to sort out your mess, I have a new born baby and I really can't be running around like a headless chicken asking for ama affidavits and scanning copies again for your negligence ☹️. Please cancel this fraudulent upgrade and give me back my number, it's been long overdue now. What's even more frustrating is the fact that I've been calling and even sent you guys a message regarding my problem about a sim swap yet someone upgraded my number fraudulently while waiting for the sim swap to get sorted, what's even worse is that this is the second fraudulent upgrade in a space of about 3 months, So now I'm gonna have to go through the same process I went through not so long ago, they gonna take forever to sort it out until I report it to the ombudsman again ?. Now I'm stuck with a contact SIM card that doesn't work cause they couldn't do a sim swap and yet someone managed to do a fraudulent upgrade ? and also considering the fact that I was told to pay the outstanding balance for the sim swap to be successful and I did but it still failed but a fraudulent upgrade was successful
It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything from you guys. I reported a fraudulent upgrade on my number and all I got was a reference number, no phone call, no update, nothing. I have to say it's been very frustrating trying to get hold of the forensic/fraud department, every time I call I'm been told different stories, and the most recent was I was given this number ********** 530 but it doesn't go through. I really feel let down cause: 1. I don't have a number and right now there's nothing I can do about it 2. My account was fraudulently upgraded and it seems as if you're not doing anything about it because it's been two weeks and you haven't communicated with me. 3. I have been debited thrice last month, that three times and for what? 4. I have begged and I feel it's enough now, I have submitted the required documents and all I got was a reference number. I want my number back, I want my money back!! You're making my life a living hell vodacom :(
My Vodacom cellphone number has been fraudulently upgraded and a sim swap performed on my simcard sometime this month. I don't know and I fail to understand how it was made so easy without necessary security checks. So vodacom has made it so easy for scammers to just 'steal' your number, get a device and have you pay for it just like that. I really hope this gets sorted out soon and I get my number back and refunded, I have been with vodacom for years and every time I want to do a sim swap I get asked security questions and when I want to upgrade they require documents like an ID and proof of residents, what happened this time? Now I'm without a cellphone number and paying for something that I don't know... :(
