I have called MFC to make arrangements for my car payment and they still go ahead and debit me the full amount. No one is answering the calls, no one can explain why this is happening. I don't understand this. My situation was clearly highlighted, Job change, income change, wife not working currently etc... Now I must come and poor my heart out in public to get attention. All you want is call people and harass them for payment even though they make arrangements with you that you do not keep. You must be getting a kick from humiliating people
Perhaps its the December hangover or pure unprofessionalism, nevertheless my recent interactions with Hippo has left be baffled, dazed, confused and with the feeling I puked in my own mouth. I contacted Hippo on January 13th. accepted the insurance quote, provided all my details and cancelled my current insurance. We are Feb 1 and to my greatest surprise I have not received confirmation of the new insurance. Just spent 3 hours trying to contact someone and I am being sent from post to pillars with Nedbank Insurance themselves as the underwriter not able to pick up anything. It is as if the quote I got was never obtained. As I work towards starting the exercise again, I wish to let you at Hippo know you have gravely impacted on my client experience. I do not trust you any longer
Direct Axis was hounding me to give me more money for my loan which I ended up taking. Now that I have a bit of a challenge, I call them to make an arrangement and the response is that I must allow my account to go into arrears before an arrangement must be made. I have been in good standing for so long and they are ok for me to just be a defaulter while every other organisation understood the change in my condition and gave me a solution. Since I have been waiting for a manager to call me and even tried to call back, no answers. Do not make a delinquent out of me DirectAxis
Everytime I call for help, they can never respond. Now I called the so called armed response number twice and no one can hear me. I would had been dead by now if it was an emergency. Time to change company
Surprisingly, after canceling my line I found myself handed over to legal for an amount I know nothing about and no one can provide me with a recon. For R500 you are impacting my credit record. Why can I be contacted? Send so many mails and it takes u 6 weeks to respond? Your call center numbers never work either.
Promised a call back and do not return. It’s impossible to get through the call center and email remain unanswered
Brought my car in for a small repair and I got it back with a scratch on my back bumper and top of the booth door. When I notified the dealership (Mercedes Constantia) not only they didn’t take responsibility despite the clear fact that this happened after the car was washed. The scratch paint is even still on the tire. Been waiting over an hour now as they review the footage. How long does it take to review a footage?it’s been over 1h30 mins. I am preparing for legal action and will mos def never bring my car at this dealership. After 2 years it is sad we have to part in this manner.

The incompetence of your manager and Nandos Ruimsig is baffling. Uber eats failed to deliver my order And asked me to call Nandos to cancel. Nandos tells me to call Uber. Your manager didn’t even attempt to contact Uber despite me advising it’s not possible for me to cancel on the app. I am pretty sure she’s eating my food right now. Will never eat from this Nandos again
I had requested for my d/o to be changed by my banker at Nedbank and it wasn’t done. When you call to collect u don’t have to be rude. Your staff asking me to relax during conversation as if we drink beers together. When I told her I want to speak to someone else instead of transferring me she hung up. I am Already leavin Nedbank and will leave y’all too easily. I am Still the client here. In a country with so much unemployment it’s a shame ppl do not value their jobs a the calls are recorded so I expect u to listen to it before u call me back. Thank u
