I just bought a Quarter Pounder with Cheese from the Umphakathi Mall, Ralerata Street, Middelvlei 255-Iq, Randfontein, 1764 McDonalds branch and the chips was oily and soft like something that was re-heated. The bun is dry and hard as if it was left open since yesterday.
There was an option for next day delivery which cost extra and I paid it - I even have a confirmation email stating Expected Tomorrow. But when I tracked the order I saw that it will take 2 days to deliver. Apparently they cannot refund the balance I paid extra and the Expect Tomorrow is not guaranteed - so why ask more money if they cannot deliver on said date?
We bought hardware from Geewiz for the amount on the website and it should have been delivered today. Now they phoned and said the price is up coz the special expired. But we bought it online meaning the price is what it was when we bought it. They cannot change the price because we paid online what they asked for it.
Our internet has been off omce a week for the past 5 weeks. Every time for 12 - 24 hours. When we phone and ask for feedback and eta for repairs they hang up. I logged 7 tickets for a manager to call back and nobody ever phoned. They are the worst service provider with the worst support in the country.
The have had a monitor there for more than a month. First repairs only lasted 2 days and I had to return the monitor again. They never call you back with feedback when they say they would and every week is a different excuse. They are very unprofessional and has the worst customer support of any business I ever worked with. When you do manage to get through on call they place you on hold for 10 - 20 mins then just end the call. Happened multiple times already.
I bought 3 x Samsung 32 inch Samsung G5 monitors which are curved. On all three of them the screen (LCD Panel) is pulling away from the frame. Several bugs climbed into the one and when trying to remove them we broke the LCD. Samsung quoted us more to repair the screen than it costs brand new. The other display just stopped working... we sent it in for repairs and collected it last week. Today is stopped working again. Exact same issue.

We have been trying to log a fault for more than a week now. We went to a Telkom outlet in Potchefstroom. Called the support nr twice and on all three occasions we were told the fault was logged but no support ref nr was ever sent and after enquiring nobody can find any fault logged either
I ordered food an hour ago to be delivered and paid online. When the food wasn't delivered I tried calling but the phone doesn't even ring... so I went to the shop even though I am not supposed to due to the fact that I am under covid 19 quarantine. The shop is closed due to water outage apparently but the website didn't say so. So I paid my only money for food I cannot get. So I phoned the customer support line and they told me it will take few days to refund me.
Poor delivery service - I have been waiting a week for my items to get transferred to the courier company after being told I cannot collect myself on several occasions. If you send support / sales mails they don't even bother replying.
