I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a floating TV stand/wall unit from Wallroom. The product is spectacular and really adds class to the lounge in our home. Hadey was very helpful whilst we were evaluating options and we're grateful for her input. After a small hiccup with the install (that was quickly rectified), we are very impressed with the product and would highly recommend Wallroom to anyone wanting to upgrade their TV room or lounge. I have now received 5 x calls to cancel insurance on my old decoder and move it to the new Ultra decoder. I have provided my details almost two weeks ago and today received another call for the same thing telling me the insurance change hasn't been done. The agent (name will be provided if required) was argumentative and unhelpful. At one point she told me she won't cancel the insurance on the old decoder and insure the new ones. Having been a loyal DSTV customer for what must be almost 20 years now, this is not how you treat your customers. Rather poor from Multichoice.
I logged a call with Vodacom Fibre to relocate my Fibre line at the same address but just to a different location in the home due to a renovation. Received a reference number but 10 days later when I called for an update I was told the reference number didn't exist. Logged another call and requested this be expedited and received confirmation of the request via SMS - twice. Another two days later I called for an update only to be told the turnaround time is 7 to 14 working days and that there's nothing they can do. I'm not expecting any help anytime soon, really poor service from Vodacom.
No feedback or acknowledgment received from FNB Device Insurance Policy Team after multiple emails sent in an attempt to change policy details.
I've just had a patio awning and blinds installed from The Blind Guys - what a pleasure to deal with this team from start to finish. Very pleasant experience, from quote to install, super professional and would be highly recommended.
I purchased an item online and was promised it would be in-store by the 4th of November. On the 11th of November I visited my nearest Leroy Merlin to enquire since I had not been contacted that my item was ready for collection. After various discussion with the Store Manager I cancelled the order and was told a refund would be processed by the store where i purchased the item and that I will be contacted regarding the refund. Now on the 23rd of November still no refund nor have I been contacted by the store regarding my refund since the 11th of November. I have tried to enquire on WhatsApp but after waiting more than an hour there has been no contact from a Service Agent. Very frustrating and very poor!
Bought an inverter that was delivered within 2 hours of making the payment, excellent service from Kyle.
I have run out of medication and have reached out to Pharmacy Direct via email and numerous calls to the call center. I'm told my next batch of medication has been escalated to the Pharmacist for processing but I've still heard nothing not have any arrangements been made for the delivery. If I wasn't forced to use Pharmacy Direct I'd rather be obtaining my medication from my own Pharmacy!
I ordered an item from Everyshop at 6pm on a Tuesday evening that had a delivery estimate of 3 to 6 working days. I got confirmation by email of the order immediately, a text message the following morning that my order had been picked up and handed to the courier, and then received the item early Thursday morning roughly 39 hours after I placed the order. Excellent service, I'm very impressed. Exceeded my expectations.
Since when does Ram hand to hand couriers NOT accept a South African ID card as a form of identification? I was asked for a green South African ID book which I no longer have and which was since replaced by the ID card, but they refused to accept the ID card. The delivery was sent back.
