Exceptional customer service
Coyote Spur Zewenwacht Mall, Yesterday we celebrated my birthday and visited Coyote Spur for the first time, I'm 52 years old and never in my life have i experienced that kinda vibe,the staff,food and atmosphere rock!!you will definitely see me again and I'm spreading the word

KFC Watergate
We always thought KFC Watergate was top class until yesterday,my wife stood in the line to place an order at the self-help machine,i needed to pee so i asked a guy working at kfc to open the toilet,he told me he need to see my order slip first,i explained to him that my wife are in line to place an order,he didn't wanna give in , I asked to speak to the manager,she didn't wanted to assist me,at Watergate there are a public toilet,why would i want to **** KFC to use their toilet? Pathetic

Nando's
So last night we went to Pedro's to buy a full chicken and chips,it was chaos at that store,i told my wife we should go and get Nando's... We ordered a full chicken,chips and a few mielies,we asked for extra sauce,i must admit we haven't had Nando's in a long while because Pedro's are cheaper but i must admit,we fully enjoyed our meal,the staff was super friendly,the service was quick,it was an over all excellent service.

Auto Pedigree
About a year ago my wife app**** at Auto Pedigree N1 City to buy a Hyundai Venue,my wife was approved,my wife don't know anything about cars and never test drove the car,on the Friday we took the car from Auto Pedigree while driving the car home i noticed a chip on the windscreen,there was no inside the car,there was scratches on the car,upon applying brakes there was a terrible noise,the following day myself and my wife went to auto Pedigree N1 City and shared my concerns with the sales person Byron,he told me the vehicle are under factory warranty and my policy which i didn't have at the time will fix the scratches on the body,i made them change the windscreen,the sales person collected the car for the brake noise,they apparently skimmed the front discs but the noise on the car is always there upon braking at high speed,i serviced the car at Hyundai and complained about the noise when applying brakes and also about cabin wind noise, Hyundai Somerset West/Strand said it was tyre noise and the cabin noise,they adjusted the door rubbers,i kept on driving with the horrible rumble noise when applying brakes,i changed front brake pads, skimmed the discs but the noise stayed ... yesterday i wanted to fit four new tyres at Tiger Wheel and Tyre Century City and i was told the four Steel Rims are Buckles that's why there are brake noise and the four buckled rims will damage the new tyres,i called the manager at auto Pedigree N1 City yesterday and he was dismissive! please help

Poor service from Capitec Bank
Please Dont ever take a personal loan from Capitec Bank!!i made a mistake by taking a personal loan with them, I've never skipped a payment and my debit date are the 25th of each month, yesterday i received some payment into my bank account and Capitec debited my account for the personal loan,i must still get paid for this month and the money that were paid into my account was for something else!!

What a terrible experience,a few months ago four of us went to bossa canal walk on a Friday night, we were seated and i think they forgot about us,we got up and walked offer to spur,Today we went there again,we were taken to a table and they ignored us again,the waiting staff standing around,the place wasn't that busy,i got up and walked to the door and asked a lady what are we doing wrong because just maybe we didn't know the procedure because we sitting hungry at the table and everyone were ignoring us, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Holiday scam
January 2022 we booked for 24th December 2022 till 2nd January 2023,we paid deposit and had one last payment to make,last week we were informed that the unit we booked were vandalized and they paying our money back,excluding a R500 admin fee... Apparently theres another unit available at a higher price with less days... Please help
