In April 2024, contacted the Spares 4 you to confirm availability of a boot spoiler for my E30. They were quick to confirm availability and requested me order online which I did on 25 April 2025. To date, no delivery. I sent follow up messages and was promised that they will update me but nothing happened. I called and no response. It looks like they sell parts that they do not have. The website looked OK and I did not suspect anything may be wrong with the purchase, customer care and most importantly quality of the product. I should have checked Hellopeter reviews before paying. Stay away from this seller if you expect quality service. Also check similar reviews from other dissatisfied customers.
The gentleman who assisted me with the claim had good customer service. I appreciated the way he assisted me to lodge the claim.
These guys are horrible. They take orders knowing well they are not able to deliver. Thats dishonesty. I stopped buying from them but now and then, one find himself giving them a chance. Walk away from them if you want something delivered on a special day.
This company does not deliver. I bought an item with order number 28404 a while back and am still waiting. I was given a flimsy excuse like late customs clearing, flight delays etc. Dont buy from an unreliable company like this. Rather buy locally from stores and shops displaying the items if possible even if it costs a bit more. At some point, there must be strict laws regulating these online shops reaping us off.
I have been harassed daily for the past three months by Discovery call centre Agents seeking appointment to arrange an appointment with me and a consultant. Its so irritating I sometimes get three calls a day. I tried to block the numbers but they are many. I once thought of one of their products but with such unethical behavior, I will not have anything to do with them. They are a pain in my *****
CLIENTELE PART OF FRAUDULENT DEBIT ORDERS Last months, I realized that Clientele has been deducting around R272,00 from my account for few months. I immediately knew it was a scam as I wouldn't be clientele customer under any circumstances. I called them and they couldn't tell me how they ended up with my personal details including my bank accounts from which they were deducting. The Agent asked me if I perhaps not have taken an insurance at a mall parking...me taking a life cover at a mall parking place? Listen to this...they said I must go to the police station to swear under oath that I did not take the life cover. This company is a fraud benefiting from fraudulent policies. They are thriving on ineptness of consumer protection systems. We should all expose these types of thieving and not support companies thriving from fraud and theft from consumers.
BE AWARE HYPERLI sells fake courses and refuse to refund even if the institution agree to cancel registration. On 18 April 2020, I bought a study voucher for a Masters with the European Business School of Barcelona (ENEB) For one to register the course and get more information about the syllabus, one has to redeem the voucher which I did within seven days from the date of purchase. I started registration and got the course content on the website and immediately realized it was outdated. I then checked the international accreditation claimed as per the advert and realized that the business school's qualification is not accredited by any relevant international accreditation body. I checked with the school and they could provide any international accreditation and I then cancelled my registration which was not even complete. In fact, I was never ever registered with the school at the time of cancellation. The school accepted cancellation as one would have expected from a legitimate school offering executive education. The school referred me to Hyperli for a refund on 01 May 2020. I then wrote to Hyperli and copied the registration cancellation correspondence and reference to school directing me to claim refund via Hyperli. Hyperli has declined to refund me saying that I redeemed the voucher and agreed to receive service. Nonsensical reasoning taking into account the nature of service bought and that such service can only be offered/receive by way of studying. How does one study without even being registered to study? What is also strange and indicative of thieving tendencies by Hyperli is that the school has accepted cancellation of registration and refered me back to Hyperli for a refund. Consumers must first check the availability, credibility of suppliers of Hyperli or rather purchase straight where necessary. There are many people who have been conned by Hyperli. They seem to be making their money buy selling fake stuff and rely on cancellation policies and/or just plain refusal to refund. Don't fall victim of Hyperli scam. Roy
Last months, some thieves were allowed to deduct some money from my cell c account for some ****ographic subscription that I did not subscribe for. After challenging cell c and the thieving company called Basebone, I was told by Cell C's Thato Mathabo that my money will be refunded. To date, Thato has taken a nap and I haven't got my account credited. Cell C has a bad service.
Sometime in July 2017, I bought stone cladding material for my house and paid all the amount for quantities I required. I also paid delivery fee in full. I was promised that delivery will take place in two weeks. I waited for a month and there was no delivered. I started calling employees and they kept telling me that the Owner , certain Vincent Du Plessis is in charge of orders. I got Vincent cell numbers started calling him. The dude kept on promising to deliver but nothing happened. He kept on lying about the mines and trucks jack-knifed etc until I realized that he was not going to deliver of pay me. I then opted for a drastic step of appointing collectors to chase him for me and I got part of my delivery only yesterday. Anyone not having resources to pursue a crook buy from reputable companies and traders
