I made a settlement for my Finchoice account on the 20th of August 2022 but to my surprise I am being sent from pillar to post I called in today and the people whom I have spoken to hung up on me twice. My loan still shows as though it is still in arrears even though I have settled. Finchoice does not want to take responsibility they are hiding behind the legal department and keep making excuses. I want to apply for a car but this is affecting me gravely. I am not happy about this. What is it that they want from me? I paid them off and I have a paid up letter. I want that account removed from the credit bureau.
I was owing telkom and i have paid them the full amount of R3733.43 on the 20th of his month, please note my contract was supposed to end in december 2019. I have not gotten any feedback with regards to you recieving the payment. my account is still suspended. i have no intention of having a subscription with you again. all I want is to for u to do is to cancel the subscription and clear my name with the credit bereau please fix this as it is affecting my credit score. cancel the subscription because it ended in december 2019 the only thing that was left was for me to pay you the money I owed u (which is now paid in full).
I ordered a pizza at jabulani mall via online buy I did not get what i asked for as a result i did not eat because the pizza had onions and i am allergic to onions. Always when i otder pizza at jabulani mall i get kak pizza they do what they want with my food that i paid for. mind u i did noy order on credit it is my money. I ordered a pizza with no onions replacement must be mushrooms, no bbq sauce replacement must be debonairs sauce and I asked them not to put too much sauce and they in their psycho path heads decided to put extra sauce. Please close this jabulani mall shop or fire the stuff there. we cannot always be fighting about my order that i paid for. This is bull**** if u ask me. i did specify that i am allergic to onions, why di they do as they please with our orders? always this is not the first or second or third time i am sick and tired of their bull****. please find the person responsible for this and deal with them accordingly (that piece of ****). nxa!
I travel to work by taxi every morning and in the evening and i have been monotoring what has been going on and how the taxi drivers are treating us. taxis that travel in the morning from Merafe to lenasia are always full with no social distance rule followed and also coming back from work the lenasia taxi rank always has more people in the taxis, what ****es me off is that they dont respect us enough to let us have the social distance. once one person gets off the taxi the driver emmediately replaces the empty space with another 1. Our health is being compromised during this Covid 19 pandemic. The 70% rule is not being followed. Taxi drivers are so rude they fight with us if we ask about social distance.My question is that must we first get the virus in order for our voices to be heard?
I was at Boxer stores Trade route mall to collect a plastic of groceries that I had forgotten yesterday. The stuff members were rude. We were attended by Selemane a security guard who had attitide, and he even asked me that who was packing my plastic and asked me how is it that we forgot the plastic, Whereas it was a stuff member who packed my plastic not me. I am so ****ed at the service here. The stuff members acted as though they didn't care. I was there for more than an hour to collect just a mere plastic. one item mince meat was short, i even asked them to make it the exact amount, they told me they cant i did not get value for my money.
The place was dirty the toilet had a **** smudge on it from the previous visitors. Our initial apartment 707 was switched without them notifying us, they gave us a key card for 1401 only to find that the key card couldnt open the door aparently the door had a problem and they were aware of the problem but still proceeded to give us the key card to the door that isn't working. Because i complained they ended up gi ing us a key card to apartment 108 which did not do us any justice because it was dirty, the freezer had ice that we had to remove ourselves,the aircon was not working. The bathroom sink had smudges from the previous visitors, the bath tub stopper was loose and kept coming out not to mention the tub was also dirty had to clean it prior to taking a bath. Literally we had to clean our living space before anything, except for the toilet bcos i aint toching no ones ****. People hygene is important for a property business u cannot have your tenants living in such a filthy space while we pay. Stop treating people like ****. I mean we arrived at 16:08 but got a room at 16:31. Your stuff must know their place aswell, one stuff member ended up flirting with my husband in my absence. That is unproffessional and i am going to Hello Peter about this.
I still haven't recieved any response from they with regards to the rotten eggs i got from them instead im being asked one question all over again with no progress or refund im stuck with the rotten eggs on my kitchen counter no one bothers to let me know about the progress. Im now begining to think they stalling me so that i forget about the case. Mind you i had reported this to hello peter befor the 30th of april 2019. I still want my money.
I bought 48 eggs at pick 'n pay maponya mall, there was a foul smell in the kitchen for a few days after i bought the eggs so i opened the box and found an egg that had hatched and the hatchling has died in the egg. Later that day i opened two eggs to make lunch and the eggs were green and smelly. If i was able to find 3 rotten eggs in one box it makes me wonder if all the eggs are rotten. What is pick 'n pay selling us? I am a regular shopper at pick 'n pay maponya. They are now selling us rotten things, my money went down the drain because clearly i bought rotten eggs. Health inspectors must just take a look at the products we are being fed by pick 'n pay because people will get sick.????
I bought3 1/4 chicken meals at nandos one was as instucted and the two others had no sauce i went back mind you i spenr 90 rands to get there only to return the 2 1/4 chickens that were dry and with no sauce. I got there and i was angry the sauce was added , i am home now the sauce they put in the orders was wrong they put hot sauce in the mild chivken and mild sauce in the lemo and herb chicken. What i got from them was a mere sorry i deserve more than that what about the taxify money i paid to return the wrong orders and it was not my fault. This is ****ty service really people please stop going there.
I bought 3 box meals and i was not satisfied because i had told one of the stuff members that i want one of the meals to be a take away and the others to be seat in but when i got there i was suprised that the coldrinks which was supposed to be take away had ice and it was half when i confronted the manager about it he told ne that the machine had a sensor and he wont take the drink his name is Mthunzi. He was rude and to think i paid even when i saw that they made a mistake and charged me less i still went to them and tried fixed it because i understand that it is a loss to the business. They treated ne like **** the food had no tomato sause sachet, chilli salt and serviettes to clean our hands after the meal the meal. The service here at KFC Senaoane PnP is ****.
