Another great customer service experience. Something that is rare in South Africa. Each time that I need to deal with United Business Solutions they provide quick service and feedback. Yesterday they emailed me and I somehow missed it, this morning they contacted me again to ask if I still needed help. Within minutes my issue was sorted and they successfully helped!! Since using this service I have not been let down!!
Mushfiek Erasmus has helped me set up the company and its been easy. I got my quotes initially and his was the most affordable - with each issue he has helped with grace and fixed or trained me :D Mushfiek Erasmus has always followed up - his suggestions have also been relevant and not just about money. His advise has been excellent. I would suggest the company but most definitely him as a sale agent!!
App issues, addressed pulled through incorrect. Driver delivered food to wrong address. Ubereats not willing to help or compensate. Waited over 2 hours for food. No food, bad service!! First time client and would never ever use them again!!
You have excellent staff, the guys in Somerset West Mall are tech savvy and help regardless of the issue. I was about to have a meltdown as istore are useless, took a chance and asked your guys if they could help. Hilton is a legend!! Excellent customer service and support from: Hilton Jordan Jason
Worst experience that I have ever had in a phone shop. The Somerset-west mall branch staff are horrible. There compassion and general understanding on customer service is the worst out of any I have ever experienced. I couldn't get the service for my daughter who was so excited that she had saved up enough money for an iPad, I left unhappy and went across the way to computer mania who helped with a smile. Fixed the problem without me having to call a call center and not be helped because he isn't there to see the problem.
What a lovely experience, I got through TO Lucky he is a legend, this is the 2nd time I was lucky enough to get through to him. He left such a good experience the first time I instantly remembered his name and voice. Lucky is amazing!! He genuinely makes my experience less traumatic!! He is super friendly and helpful, he knows what he is doing!! This is the service what discovery is about. I have spoken to lots of people there, he is the best one, he has been able to solve big issues where as previously the people didn't even return my call.
We have tried to get fibre for a month The route has been delivered but vodacom is useless. They dont want to help to activate the service and promise they will get the service done in 24 hrs. This is on going for a month still no internet. Without any resolution I have tried to go to Somerset West Mall. They are just as useless. The manager Jaco refused to help. Will not refer anyone to vodacom for instore or online sales. Rubbish people and service
Worst customer service that we have ever experienced. From the lies and deceit in the store, to the billing and accounts where by we have been harassed and over charged for the broken promise, and 8 months later invoices still being sent. In a nut shell we have been communicating with afrox since April. We filled a cylinder that was bought privately and taken by Afrox which was replaced and refilled with an understanding of a once off payment of R350. We paid this in store, and were told that without an account we would be unable to fill our cylinder. We did the account and since then have been charged per month, and although once the fault was picked up by us, and speaking to the highest person in call center and denied the opportunity to speak to Schalk Venter. Our bill now is at the almost R3000 mark, nothing has been done about this issue other than my minutes being used, no apology or resolution of this complaint. Completely unsatisfactory, if you have a choice to use any other supplier do so, as Afrox lie. AFROX INVOICE INCORRECTLY AND AFROX CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!
After 11 years of using Blaine and Associates I am disgusted by the service of the admin staff. I have only had excellent service from the Drs and up until this morning I would refer everyone to Blaine and Associates. Spoke to Mrs Van Zyl, already you can see no compassion by how you must address her, she has no empathy and enjoys to say that I as a patient is condescending. The price they quote over the phone is wrong, and when trying to get clarity they will pass you over to anyone else who has a higher IQ. Absolutely disappointed in the service and this is a reflection on more than the admin. She has made a not "I will not be returning", what a shame, as the relationships I have with the drs will now have to be replaced somewhere else.
Very disgusting customer service by Strand Debonairs. Manager lied on the phone saying that you get free pizza on 40 mins or later delivery time. When the guy arrived he said that wasn't the story, phoned the store manager and owner Thinus said I was lying and it wasn't said. Told him to listen to the recorded call but apparently they dont gave that option at the Strand branch. Horrific service, cold pizza and still had to pay for this poor quality bad customer service food order. Food order was also wrong...
