I would to extend my appreciation to the team at payflex. I couldn't pay my orders from the app and for some reason the card I had added there didn't allow the debit order. I logged a call and called them everyday. I understand that I was annoying to some degree. But the team was calm patient and assisted me untill the query was resolved. Aramex was supposed to deliver my parcel today. Mind you it's been out for delivery since 08:00 this morning. Now it's 17:35. Still nothing. Yesterday they **** and said i was not home and I didn't answer my phone. Poor service.
I made a card purchase on the 27 of June, the store said they didn't receive my payment but it went off from bank. So I had to pay cash. Mind you that's now a double payment. The store said the bank will reverse the payment. So on Monday I called the bank for this issue as the transaction remains on outstanding card authorisation. They said It should take 3 days. Is the bank now *****ing from me. Cause this doesn't clear.

I did an upgrade with Mtn in March, of which I took new phone on my existing number and added with a router. I got both of my devices, but the package they gave me on my router is not what I signed for. Firstly they charged me more on the first month and claimed that it was a ones off. I have been a customer to mtn for 8years at most. They just a bunch of crooks, selling customer nonsense. MTN is stilling from their people despite what they were charged for. They haven't fixed that. I will go public with this matter, cause even if you call. U don't get assistance,
I logged a claim with nedbank home insurance, the rain damaged my roof weeks ago. On the 12 of jan 2021 they send in inspectors to come and check. And they were suppose to contact me thereafter to send the contractor to repair the roof. I keep following up with them. Everytime when i call, they tell me i should expect a call from them. They can see my claim was logged. Still today nothing, is this why we paying insurance, so they they can keep dodging us, when they suppose to fulfill their deal. I worry cause it's summer, should we have a another storm like that my ceiling will be damaged. Plus it's money to keep calling them, while they don't even care about their customers.
Hi I have applied for legal guardianship late 2017, for my two siblings. Only received one. Everytime when I enquire with my attorney, these still no developments. At first high court lost my paperwork, then we had to resubmit, now they telling us about online cases. High Court doesn't care about the poor, I have registered for Fostercare for my younger brother. But Sassa is waiting for the court order. 3 years later, high court still giving us a run around. Is this the democracy that our parents fought for, where government focuses on greed and corruption and the hell with the poor. Regards Phumzile
Hi I bought a house with Mdv last year, completed all paper work necessary, signed with their lawyers last year. Builders were suppose to start building in Jan 2019, they postponed and said I should reallocate the house end of April. When end of April came, they didn't even start to build the house. Then they said end of May. Still nothing only in June and Dylan the site manager said it will be done end of June. Now he's singing another tune, saying mid July, my son is supposed to be going to the new school, as we asked for a transfer. Is this how Mdv treat their customers, and fullfil their promises. Bear In mind that I started paying interest on this house in January. For something I don't even have six months later. Regards Phumzile
Hi, I joined the hospital cashback plan with standard bank which is for liberty life cash back. And they have been taking their premiums. But now that I've submitted a claim, they couldnt be bothered. I mean call them, they put me through to four different people, finally after days of calling. I went through to the right person. Now they telling me that my claim is under investigation, I mean they wanted medical records, and I submitted all necessary paperwork they wanted for my 3 claims. We in the 3rd week. But still my claim is not paid out. These insurance companies just want to make a quick cash with their clients without any intention of paying the claims. Why are they advising people to join these policies, knowing exactly that they just reap offs. Liberty life partner with standard Bank is stealing from their own client, disguised in fancy names. As If they have any credibility, I want my claim processed as I was hospitalised for days during my pregnancy, it's not my fault that I was diagnosed with thrombosis on my 3rd trimester.
Hi This matter started when I wanted to settle my debts in September 2017, where the consultant that was assisting me for months, stop taking my calls not responding to my emails. I settled my 3 debts and there was a refund due to me, from one of the creditors. They refunded it to national debt counsellors. And I've been advising Ashley Lucas to utilise on my creditor. Through all of this I have emailed her all the proof of payments so that they can only debit the last debt that I have. No because she's doesn't read my emails and she debited my account and paid the debt that already paid. Still I told her that is paid and she must get a refund still nothing. I'm very disappointed as the service they advertise and what they offer they clients is reduculous, they nothing but a bunch of crooks.
