They installed this nonsense and it worked for two days and it stopped working, I called the technicians that installed it and they came to replace the router within a week. It worked for a week and when it started raining it stopped again and i called, emailed and never received any assistance, a week later someone called and and said I owe them R850 and i need to pay them, yet when they promoted it they told me its free for two months, and besides the router never worked successfully, it was always faulty, do not subscribe with these people, no service, you will get stressed daily, for us that are working from home this is ridiculous, painful to deals with their call center, they cannot be reached, you need to call them for a week to get hold of them to help you, you will pay for the the service you never had.
<div>I called to report that I was in an accident and my car was declared a writeoff, and they said I must pay R800 and a week later I called back registering a new car, meaning I was continuing and they debited me twice, the April installment and on the 06th of May they debited me for the new device. Now tracker is calling me everyday to pay the R800 that I owe them for the first contract, I don't understand why I have two bills, of the old car and the new car and its not by choice I was in an accident, I am continuing with track but with a new car, this is unfair, if you want to deactivate your unit go to King price as they took my car and take off the unit. Why do I have to pay thousand to cartrack? Its a rip off, bad pathetic service, consultants are very rude, they demand this money without understanding the clients issue!</div>
I bought a Bennett read at tevo and every time I use the sanction function to clean the upholstery or mattress the water does not come out, the machine just switches off, It works for few minutes then stops. I called the call center 4 times and was transferred to a guy who didn't know how to help, I asked them to send a video on how to connect the Bennett read one as I thought I connected it incorrectly, they didn't. I feel like I failed myself, I trusted them with my money! I should have bought the vacuum cleaner at verimark.
I was debited since November but is still don't have a tracking device. I was billed R846 for reinstallation in November, and R246 for the month of December, but I still don't have a tracking device, then why is car tracker billing me for? which service am I paying for exactly? is it the South African law to pay for a service you don't have? And why do I have to call them all the time to get answers? I'm tried of a getting a ridiculous service, it's 2020 we deserve the best for what we pay for, can some things change for customer service's sake, I'm even lazy to call them because il speak to 7people before I get answers, il be transferred from pillar to post.
I always get the best service from First shop, communication is amazing, cheap prices , quick delivery, same day delivery, after-sales love.. You guys have always been the best, your service is out of this world..Excellent service 10 stars +++++
I called the car track to come to deactivate the tracker in my car as I was selling it and reactivate it on a new car, and I did not get assistance. When I called for the second time they said it's R2800 to cancel the subscription and to reactivate the new tracker on the new car it's R800. My old car is sold, and I have a new car without a tracker but the debit order went off despite my request, R224 was debited plus R600 however I'm still not assisted. The control department called me as they picked up a signal problem on the sold car that was no longer in my position, and they transferred me to customer service where I was put on hold for 20 minutes and still not assisted, I ended up dropping the call as I was at work. The worst service ever, I never expected tracker to treat me that way. I am still their customer it was just a matter of deactivating the old tracker and reactivating the new one, why so much money? What if I was no longer employed and could no longer afford to pay car tracker, and wanted to cancel the subscription, would I still be charged R2800 for deactivating it? Why do you treat your clients like this? What a pathetic service, customer service had a terrible attitude when I vented out about their pathetic service.
I received a call from the cartrack control room, a lady by the name of Sandra, advising me my battery was flat, and when I checked the car, it couldn't start, at least I could resolve the issue on time! They always call me and notify me of the activities happening in my car, and im grateful for that! Please continue helping people, give people what they pay for, It's rough out there and people need quick service, You're dealing with critical issues, help the nation and deliver excellent service to people, we're paying so much for the cars, we need you to help us track them and find our cars, I plead you to excel in everything you do, all thanks to car track!
I bought a car three weeks ago, and was told it was bumped only at the back no other problems, and that the car was never in an accident , and it has a service history. I gave them a week to fix the problems in that car, they fixed the back part. . When I went to collect the car, it had no petrol so I poured R200 petrol on my way home, and while driving , I realized the petrol was smelling , I got home and within 5 minutes of packing the car I realized that the petrol tank was heavily leaking, and the car had a whole underneath and you could see the car was in an accident as the petrol tank was patched and bended. I called Mark and notified him immediately and he said I must bring the car on Monday as they are closed , they don't work on weekends. Was stacked with a dangerous car that leaks petrol, and I had to make a plan and find the mechanic who will close the petrol tank as petrol was all over the yard,I took images and sent him. I took the back the car, and Mark said he was not aware that It was leaking, and that it had a problem, and I realized that , that is why the car was empty cause if it had petrol I would see it leaking.. I asked him to refund me the money I spent for fixing the car and it took them two weeks to refund after I called them , sent them messages and screamed for my money.. Now the petrol tank is still leaking and the sales man Mark said I must not ever call them back again because I'm rude, I complain a lot, I felt that it is within my right to complain as the car I bought was R85 000, I'm still spending to fix the stupid car cause Mark lied to me and does not want to help me.. Do not buy a car at Auto Fame it's a total waste of money. The service is pathetic , and ridiculous..I even argued with Mark for a spare wheel and the tools that comes with the car as i was given stories, now go at your risk!.
I made a claim with the bank on the 11 of October and they send the Hoe building insurance to assess the roof and they said the bank does not cover the roof .And i called the third party company to make a follow up on the claim it was the 19th and was told the claim is approved . I called again on the begging on November and was told told that they will me feedback on the claim as its still been assessed today i called again and the lady said it was declined ..Why am i paying the insurance if it wont help me ,cant the fix the falling ceiling on the other room the ceiling fell down its bad ,that i can fall on us while were asleep on the other rooms .Why did they set wrong impressions and lie to us and say they will fix it and they didn't ?This bad as were paying for the service that were not getting ..I bought the house through standard bank ,and the same bank inspected the house the know the problem clearly as they have the record of that house ,so why are they not fixing what the insurance covers ?And why did i have to call them too many times for followup ,why was i not called for updates ?
I had a bad experience with vodacom several times ,especially when there is public holiday ,they debit on the 27th when they supposed to debit on the 25th,I would normally pay them via eft on the 25th to avoid penalty fees and it still does not work .I pay them always as they cant debit on time ,send proof of payments to customer service and when I call customer care they cant find the proof of payment and i have to resend it several times .I am tired of paying for a service that i dont get.The customer service does not care and they dont even sound like they are willing to help .The service is ridiculous and i will pay them via eft from now one ,I need a confirmation that my debit order is cancelled as I wont pay the extra R100 everytime they debit late .You can see when your sales department calls us for contract sales ,they can call u too many times ,and once you subscribe you dont get that same good service ,you get a pathetic service .When you have a problem it cannot be resolved .Its high time customers are respected for what they are paying for..Fix this issue now and send me a confirmation that the debit order option is deactivated.
