I tried making a booking to pay immediately, it has now been 3 days that I am waiting for a quote and banking details to pay in full for February 2026. I gave my details and till today 3 days later still no emailed quote for bookings and payments and trying online also didn't work at all because their system never send U the verifying email. I thought I love this place but to book a place here on phone or through online or through email is just ********** to say the least.
please stay away from FNB, yesterday I had over R700 in my account, today I have less then R400 in my account, I went statement to check if it might be bank fees but bank fees is R7.50 on the statement. Now I am *****ed, because I was planning to use that money for transport for the weekend and now FNB have ****** R400+ from my account and it is nowhere to be traces on my statements, it disappeared into thin air just like the time when I had bigger amounts that just disappeared into thin air from FNB bank
Send me an SMS with a 20% discount, bit all my creditors is already paid and when I went to look what TNC stands for it was for Tshwane College, but I did not register for any college nor did I went to any college education. They better fix it or I put my attorneys on them
Once again Lewis can't fix an account probably which they (Lewis) f... Up by not updating the payments as payed when paying. But they can quickly call and threaten to come and take stuff if U didn't pay for one month?. Wish I HAD READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE I HAD PURCHASED SOME STUFF FROM THEM.

Please never go buy here or make an account open here, because we are paying every time beforehand but they keep telling us we owe when we are actually Infront with our payments. Somebody their is not doing their job properly. Because how can U owe if U are Infront with your payments
INTERCAPE I NORMALLY LOVE YOUR BUSSES, BUT I WON'T WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN FOR A TRIP TO DURBAN BECAUSE THE DRIVERS SAID TOILET ONLY FOR A NUMBER 1 (PEE) AND THAT WE NEED TO REQUEST A STOP IF WE WANT TO DO NR 2 (POO) SO SINCE PTA WE HAD ZERO STOPS FOR POO'S AND ZERO STOPS FOR REFRESHMENTS. WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER FOR A STOP AS I NEED TO POO AND I CANNOT HOLD IT IN HE JUST GAVE ME A LOOK AND WE STILL PASSED EVERY POSSIBLE GARAGE THAT WHERE WE COULD'VE HAVE STOPPED FOR A POO ETC. CURRENTLY ON THE BUS TO DURBAN AND HATING IT. THIS DURBAN DRIVERS MAKES U TOO HATE THIS BUS
Mbd nutun is horrible the customer service is bad they don't even wait for about 15 min to answer back then the consultants on WhatsApp already dismissed your stuff. I am trying to get a settlement letter now for the third.
If I could give U -10 stars I would. How many times must I tell U I am not Mr Sithole. I am a woman not a man, I do not have an account with truworthts etc. I have no clothing account. My number is not Mr Sitholes number. U phones me twice hearing that I am a woman and that my number is not Mr Sitholes number, but U still send me demanding letters for Mr Sithole, must I come and strip myself naked that I can see that I am.not Mr Sithole?
I dont even know this company then this company send me letters via sms, bit of U click on the link to see the letter then it doesnt work at all. I am going to take this company to NCRS Aand the law council as I dont know this company at all and I believe it is those people when U answer your phome they keep quite and dont talk and then they have the audacity to send U letterz but they dont speak when U answer the phone
