I requested to move my internet line to a new address on 28 August. The call center instructed me to do this via the MWEB app, but the app kept giving me an error. After calling the call center again, I was told to send an email instead. I sent the email, but received no feedback for two weeks. By 11 September, frustrated by the lack of communication, I decided to cancel the service. Suddenly, when I mentioned cancellation, MWEB was quick to offer to move my line. However, by that point, I had already signed up with Axxess, who promptly arranged the installation and delivered the router. Now, MWEB is charging me an R800 cancellation fee, despite the fact that they failed to provide any timely support or feedback. Why should I have to wait two weeks for a response, only to be helped when I decide to cancel? This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend MWEB to anyone.

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Netcash, I would like to state that I have been sent running around for documents and then once submitted I then get asked for more documents to run my debit orders for my funeral policies. I have supplied JR certificates, proof that we are listed on the FSP website, underwriting agreements and then still you request a certificate from the FSB/FSCA that you can check on their website that we do appear on? We were referred to your company by Pol360 which has you integrated on their system and were highly recommended, I prefer to work with the bigger companies like Nupay or Allps as their service is excellent but thought I might give you guys a try. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use your company due to the service levels you offer for new businesses signing up.
Re-verification of account, I had signed up as a client of payfast over 4 years ago. I submitted updated documents for verification this week for my tombstone business under the company umbrella. I have been busy with the verification calling them for a few days now and nothing is happening. If they dont or cant offer payment services they should tell us so we can try elsewhere and close their business down instead of wasting our time. If you have a business rather try other providers as payfast service cant be complained about coz they have no service.
Been battling with LTE for months now they dont do anything about it, last time received a call and email and the person said we must keep sending speed tests and they would investigate 6 months later and pathetic speeds not even 1mbps and the call centre is a laughing stock keeping people on hold and hearing them have full conversations and laughing in the back ground while you waste airtime holding for them, DONT USE Supersonic people you will be disappointed.

Pathetic service they should close their doors
Requested refund monday 3 jan for items they never even let me know were out of stock which we waited for to receive before Christmas but never did. Sent bank details in but have not received my refund to date. Consider your options before buying as refunds seem to not happen and delivery delays as well. Order #138348
Ordered stuff 9 December 2021 one of the items still havent arrived today 06 Jan 2022. I have called multiple times with managers of stores not answering and me holding for over 15mins at a time costing me airtime or the calls wasting my money. Been promised to be called back multiple times and no one calls me back about the order. Order Number 1231573073
