I Came to the Hospital om Saturday Night Due an Acid Reflux ended up being admitted because my blood pressure was too high , Was admitted to the High Care Unit , I Spent 2 Nights in the Unit i was then transferred to the Wards Specifically Ward 3 No no nurse came to check up on me the whole let alone giving me my medication - i was basically an extra weight at this ward , My Question is why would the Doctor keep me here the whole day for no reason where as she could have sent me home ? is it fair for my medical aid to be charged where as no services where provided to me , The Bed is not working , the tv is not working and the food is horrible i am sure prison food is better then what we are being offered at this hospital , I wish i did not come here this is same as the service at the public hospital ..A ****** ******* if you ask me
I Bought a washing a Defy Washing Machine Late September 2024 Within a few weeks the machine started to malfunction. I have placed a Log with their call centre 3x and Tech has been sent 3x But the problem is still not sorted The whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth as i have spent a lot of money for this machine only for it to be faulty ..I Need a refund or can they replace my machine with a new one as I Can not be logging complaints every month with no improvement
I am extremely disappointed with a serviced a received I would like to think of myself as a regular at this restaurant, but my 2 past visits have been horrible the standard of food has been very poor , I always order the family feast with 4 Sides On the 6th of Jan when I Went the bread rolls were stale the salad was not fresh all the lettuce were soggy the tomatoes tasted off This Saturday I went again this time the cashier was so moody you could hardly hear what she was saying , She got my order wrong , The chicken was half done , Salad was also not fresh there was flies there is nothing irritating as trying to enjoying your mail but you still need to be aware off the flies hovering around you food , The waiter was lost we has to ask for plates , Cutlery , Glasses it was like it was his first time there ,This whole experience really left a sour taste in my mouth I really did not get value for my money , I am not sure what is wrong currently at this establishment but it needs to be sorted out ASAP, We cant be paying money for such poor standard off Food - If I Could I Would rate this restaurant with no starts!!!!!
I have been on a back and forth with Vumatel and Supersonic Since Saturday...i have no internet my ticket keeps being closed as resolved yet i still don't have internet .. No Tech in site ...yet they say my ticket has been assigned to Technicain ....This has to bê the worst service ever from both the service providers...yet my money was taken ...i want a refund as there is no solution to this whole mess..The call centre are rude , you hold for ever only to be told the same bull ...it's actually tiring and dissapointing that one has to be subjected toe such for a service...Ref 00447425
I have been calling and sending emails requesting a paid up letter for my FNB Loan Account FNBL147896since the 25th of October and all I Keep getting is that the Bank is the one with the delay, I Have probably spoken to the whole staff with no feedback this has to be the most useless establishment I have ever delt with SO DO DISSATISFIED WITH THE EXPERINCE.
I paid up my FNB Loan Account last week Tuesday and requested the paid up letter sine last week Tuesday I Still have not received the letter. The lady I'm dealing with by the name of Florina Mophethe from Ismail and Dayha Attorneys is ignoring the countless mails I sent to you , When I spoke to her on Monday she said FNB is the one that is not sending the letter Very annoying and irritating to not receive even a single feedback My Account Number Is 4000049570326 (FNBL147896) Can I please get some assistance , I URGENTLY Require the Letter
I took out a cell phone policy with TFG After purchasing a cell phone from them 3 Years back - And I have been paying my premium ever since - Unfortunately i dropped my phone and the screen was damaged , I then took in for repairs on the first week of September @ Foschini Festival Mall as per Instruction I was required to pay an excess of R350 which I did - after 2 Months I was called in to pick up the phone after picking the phone I Realized that the Sim card is not regarding , I then took it back to the same Foschini on the Sameday , Now I'm told that my phone has water damage and shows that it was opened - where did I Get the equipment to open the ****** phone ? are they suggesting that I used a knife ?? How Ridiculous ??? and I now need to pay another excess If this is not day light robbery then I don't know what it is Why was I not notified of the water damage the first time I took the phone in for repairs?? I am being sent from Pillar to Post without feedback and I still do not have a phone What is the Purpose of Insurance it one should be accused of lying when a claim is submitted and more money is expected from you This has to be one of the worst services I have ever received , Would not recommend anyone to insurance from TFG - or Better Yet never buy a cell phone from this establishment rather use someone that will be willing to assist and settle a claim should one require to claim at a later stage No accountability Whatsoever The only thing they good at is receiving payment and not providing service
This company has got to be one of the most ignorant companies ever - Yet they quick to collect money but when it comes to the service that they need to provide they really suck !!!! Mails and escalations are ignored its like I am commutating with a brick wall so frustrating , One can not simply call them , you send countless mails with no feedback , I have been without fibre for a good 3 Days my services have been disconnected even though payment was made - and I need to work from home I will never ever recommend this company to anyone , no disregard for their clients Very Disappointing
Highly disappointed with service i have been receiving from this shop we bought a fridge last year July its only been a year and the fridge is not functioning properly - I contacted the customer service to report my issue as the fridge is still under warranty , a technician was sent he then advised the fridge ran out of gas but he has since refilled the gas , We were on out way to a holiday and we left immediately after the technician had advised that all will be in order with the fridge upon our return we we welcomed by a foul smell coming from the fridge - all the contents inside was spoiled to our surprise because the technician said the fridge was functioning properly - we contacted the service centre again the technician was sent to our place and he advised the fridge has an internal leaking??? why was this not picked up the first time the technician was despatched its only been a year and we already have problems with this fridge ??? Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone - If you want peace of mind and unspoiled food from your fridge then stay away from Hi-Fi Corp
Numerous complaints has been telephonic lodged with SBSA with no assistance . My bathroom is ruined,it looks like a circus. See email details below: I wish to advice that the service I received is unacceptable and unprofessional. The incident was reported on the 8th July 2019 and I reported to the call centre everything that transpired. The pipe burst inside the wall in the bathroom, the damages could be seen inside the bedroom next to the bathroom on the wall. My concern was raised that this could be a result of water damage and I was concerned in the same breath of what the transpiring behind the tiles. The First Evaluator stated that the problem was inside the wall and had to replace the pipe which was done. The second Evaluator stated that they would only replace the tiles where the pipe burst which I fail to understand as he is prepared to repaint the wall of the bedroom next to the bathroom that sustained the water damage. My question is why is he not prepared to replace the actual tiles(full wall) as water damages can be seen, the whole bathroom was damaged not partially. Your contractor Donovan advised that I must choose a cheap mosaic tile that is not more than R30.00 as the normal tile is expensive , Donovan and his contractors are only prepared to fix the one side and not the full bathroom ,how is this determined .If you look under the sink you will notice back spots which is mould and that could be hazardous to myself and my kids. And kindly notice that a tile has been cemented or placed onto the basin ,what will happen once removed , damages will occur. According to the contractor they said they are not done but how can you replace one side and leave the reason of the bathroom another colour . See attached the photos of the mosaic that was laid and water damage can be seen above the tap area on the right side. My concern is that my bathroom now looks like a circus . My premiums are being paid monthly and are up to date ,the reason for insurance is for in case of a crisis and this is a crisis so where is the problem, no human being would live in a place that looks like its been vandalised and damaged. This is unhabitable .
