pathetic service, parcel missing since the 21st November with shocking poor service, the social team just lies
Wish there was a "NO STAR" selection as I feel I'm giving a one star rating when I feel they don't even deserve a star. Absolutely no customer service. I literally each and every time need to utalise a new phone and WhatsApp to try and get a hold of customer support. Item ordered on the 22 December 2024 still not delivered. When tracked it scans in a grey zone. I have placed other orders what utalised the same courier what has successfully made it to my erea and that Onedayonly do not want to deal with my case.
absolutely *********** consultants whom do not know how to listen to the client and look into resolving errors.
FAILED TO RESPOND TO ALL MY MESSAGES
they utilize a courier company what is impossible to get a hold of. Parcel was marked out for delivery yesterday. no item has since been delivered with no update what so ever. I have to reach out and use my time and airtime to try get a hold of Outdoor warehouse but i get no response back. When i called the consultant SAID they will email dpd laser. I argued email? why not phone? the consultant said they never answer! So they will aware of the poor service they offer.
Poor service from Dpd Laser social team. They reading all my messages what i can clearly seen as read but no response regarding a missing parcel.
I SELECT THE PAYMENT OPTION BUT THEN GET DEBITED THE FULL AMOUNT AND THEN NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
I was lied to by both the online shopping app and a customer consultant regarding my order! Absolute nonsense!
ordered a item, got a confirmation email to my order. But have yet to receive my overspent over R100 in airtime and still no update to where and when i will receive my order. More shockingly when asked if this shop is a scam their online social response team said they a scam.
Purchased a platter for two why I have had many times before. The hake what is meant to be 2x portions was one portion cut in half. When I contacted the Manager they said that this was instructions from Head Office and agreed that I take it up with them. Its been 4 days no and no response after opening a dispute I was smsd that a customer consultant would contact me. I have asked several times replying directly to their Facebook profile to please respond. I have yet to receive any response from them. This was a meal valued over R400 and still they don't seem to be bothered at the poor. No one explained prior to me placing my order that this was the case! POOR SERVICE!
