Disappointed with the service as I took out a personal loan and my payments are up to date but however what makes me unhappy is that I do not receive my statements via email showing my actual correct balance and I don't like to call the Nedbank call centre as I have to wait. It would be nice as a client to receive my monthly statements via email.
EXPERIENCED VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE VODOCOM PIETERMARITZBURG BRANCH AT THE LIBERTY MALL, 3 WEEKS AGO I CALLED THE BRANCH TO ORDER A NOKIA G10 OR A G20 BUT THE SALES PERSON STATED THEY DONT HAVE STOCK BUT THEY WILL SOURCE THE PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER BRANCH OR WAREHOUSE FOR ME. CALLED THE BRANCH TODAY AND WAS TOLD THERE IS A BACK ORDER, AS A CUSTOMER NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK AND GAVE ME PROPER INFORMATION FIRSTLY. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. THE REGIONAL MANAGER NEEDS TO GET MY PHONE AND SORT THIS MESS OUT, VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.
Experienced a negative report from Experian through clear score, I need to to urgenty rectify the matter asap but I am kept hanging on the phone till the next available agent is available..it's fustrating.
Being trying to get hold of an agent to dispute my enquiry but I can't get through to anyone telephonically... Bad service...
No feedback from fnb on my reversals of R92.00 & R195.00... docs were sent for investigation and reversal , very disappointed.
Absolutely bad service , on the 25th December 2021 I requested a car but however R92.00 was debited from my bank account and no car was available so I was billed and yes I was charged despite Uber stating I was not. Yesterday I was at jhb airport and I requested and yes I was billed R195.00 but no cars available.. As much as UBER is stating I was not charged FNB STATED THAT I WAS CHARGED.. CAN YOURLL PLEASE REVERSE MY AMOUNTS..
received a clicks hair & ear hair removal Safeway product and the product is defective. When I called clicks liberty mall PIETERMARITZBURG the store refused to accept the Safeway product. I am very disappointed with the customer service. Matter to to be escalated to the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF CLICKS.

RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE FROM TWO STAFF MEMBERS FROM FNB HAYFIELDS PIETERMARITZBURG AND THEY ARE MR SANDILE & MS GUGULETHU. MR SANDILE & MS GUGULETHU WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND I APPRECIATE THEM.. THANK YOU.😊
