Beware of this **** website. They took my payment - still no delivery after a month, no communication and they don't answer their emails or phone.

Pure Theft
This company advertises boldly the 30 day returns on their website. They came to collect the item and then Never refunded me my money. They don't answer their phones, don't respond to emails and have ignored the Ombudsman on this case. BEWARE to buy from ****** like these!

Bad Service
I tried to cancel my contract with them at the beginning of the month and they asked if it should be effective immediately, which I replied yes. It is now half way through the month and it has still not been cancelled or scheduled for collection.

Impossible to report a faulty product
I tried to submit a faulty pack of Huggies nappies I purchased. Each time I followed the instructions to submit the correct images with the reference number. I sent 6 emails with different pictures and each time got the same response that the images weren't clear enough (even though they were perfectly clear on my side). It seems like they have an automated response so that you can't actually log your fault? Reading the other reviews with the same problem makes you wonder if they are intentionally making it impossible to submit a complaint. Ref#**********04F-FFI

Can't report faulty products

Amazing Online Support Service
Absolutely amazing online support team. The whole process was incredible. They contacted the physical store within a second and a refund was done straight away for an exchange. Very few companies in SA have as good customer service as this!

Makro Online - Daylight Robbery - No Delivery Of Order
Scam! Placed an order on makro online - no communication of when it will be delivered. Unanswered emails querying this. Worst online experience I have had! If "makro" wasn't such a big retailer, I would be sure this website was a scam.

Disgusting Way Of Marketing
<p>I received about 15 calls a day from a private number which when I answered it was blank. I was going through such a crisis at home and couldn't even block this number as it was calling from private number. It was non stop! Eventually I answered and heard a call centre agent speaking and asked where he was calling from. He said MTN and then hung up. This should be illegal just like sms's have an opt out button.</p>
