Good day I have a problem I recently made a payment for showmax on the 9th January 2026 but now I'm told to pay again I even provided my proof of payment and statement but I'm still told to make a payment I spoke to thandeka she's very rude and also spoke to Minenhle she's very clueless about her job she told me to contact dstv even after I have told her that I don't have dstv account. She couldn't help. Customer service keep asking for me to send a statement and my dstv account I keep repeating myself over and over again, useless service if you ask me.
Good day, i am so happy with the young lady by the name of Thato her service is beyond expectational she knows her job very quick and efficient , i recommend AA warranties because of her.
Good day i just wanna share my experience with telkom dawnpark after my husband purchased a device in their store and we wanted to change into white device due to misleading of the stores not having a white device. We went to change that device and was told that no you can't change to your preferred color due to their umbrella and the device is not even 7days old. I called customer service and i was advised to take it back to the store but when I did I was told no.
Good day I had an emergency 14th of may, I was taken to netcare, to my embarrassment I was told to pay R21000 upfront and my medical cover will pay me afterwards /claimed. Mind you I almost lost my pregnancy and from netcare parking had to be taken to a 20 minutes away public hospital since my condition was critical getsavvi is misleading people I've been with them for more than 5years and suddenly I'm being told I should pay and claim later, who has R21000 lying around? And should I have that cash around why would I be wasting my money paying for non access services.
Good day, my experience with virgin active customer service /care is very disappointing I've been calling them in regards with my points and cashback, been promised that I'll be located the missing points manual of which it never happened, every time I call I'm told my points will reflect and I train almost 7 days a week I cannot see my progress from the app only they can see. I'm even thinking of canceling my membership my husband is also experiencing the same problem, but other people are getting their benefits without having to follow virgin active
Good day, my experience with bash or tfg kids magazine club disappointed me I joined back in February and was promised that they contribute some of the amount to your kids school fees after you send them kids proof of registration of which I have forwarded them countless times with so many references and when they reply to my emails they state that the case has been solved! till today when I call them they promised to call me back but still unsolved. And when they call me back I'm billed R20 per call. I'm really disappointed.

Way too disappointed with discovery life I was told to go do my yearly free health assessment check at Discovery store , dischem or clicks last year, to my surprise I had to pay for it and was told to claim back the money but now I am told that I will not be paid back because I was only supposed to go to their discovery store.. I was not made aware of this until today, I'm not happy at all.
I'm very happy with Vodapay on how mmabatho assisted me with my vodapay account via vodacom, iwas locked out of my account for over months now but the team went an extra miles thank you.
Poor service guys with empty promises like every time I buy something and I'm told dpd would be delivering my package I just know that I'll have to complain and spend money calling first, the driver was supposed to deliver the parcel on Friday but till today nothing and he is updating that I'm not picking up his calls. Can someone please tell me why dawning courier is still in service?
