Thier chicken is horrible doesn't have the mochachos spice that they normally use it teast like boiled chicken. My colleague that I introduced to mochachos came and complained to me thought they joking so I went to buy only to find that its true well I dont want thier free meal but I want to warn people not to go to Florida junction mochachos cause they can't cook and thier service suck the staff dont even smile or communicate to customers its like they doing us a favor, they can't even apologize for not serviced what was requested. I wish they had not opened. They must request training from maphonya mall mochachos thier service is good they serve with a smile and also advise on specials and yoooo thier meat is delicious it give the mochachos taste and they know the difference of thier flavors.
I am so irritated by an empty promise received from Dr Sibela's PA Mandy; we spoke last Friday on the 4th of July 2025 at 9h15 making reservations for my son circumcision procedure, she gave a date of the 9th of July 2025. I gave her all my details including my medical aid details, I liked the fact that she was honest by saying she could not assist me as yet because she had her commitments before me which I don't agree with (HARDWORKER's MAKE MEANS TO PUSH THIER JOB, PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE PRIDE IN THIER JOB TALK LIKE THAT, ONLY LAYZ PEOPLE SPEAK LIKE THAT, I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF SHE WAS A DOCTOR THAT WAS OVER BOOKED WITH PARTIENTS. she said Monday she will get authorization from my medical aid then confirm my booking for Wednesday. till to date she has not called, one thing I don't understand is that why should a customer make a follow up as if she/he is the only one to benefit. reason why we pay for medical aid is to receive a better service with quality outcome or else why not go to the public hospital get free services that bad than to pay for unprofessional services of staff that don't standard 7 in professional code of ethics. Then we get blame for not supporting black business and choose to go support business in the suburb.

I am so frustrated by MTN incompetency and desperation to make money opening contract's without verifying details. I feel like thy condoning crime in South Africa.How do give a contract without obtaining a clients prove of address, confirming work employment, eMail and contact number to send statements and requesting a client to bring an ID so u confirm that it's his ID. I have contacted MTN customer care which they advice that I go to the police station for an affidavit and certify my ID with signatures then email the documents to the given email. I did all that and the response I get is to call 083135 number which doesn't even give me an option to speak to a consultant.i just had to choose an option which doesn't go with my enquiry just to speak again to a consultant that will Tel me to email my documents which I did but the response is stil telling to call the same number. I don't have any contacts I buy my phone's cash because I want to keep my name clean so that I won't have any bad credit when applying for any emergency loan. Now that I went to apply for one to my surprise I found that MTN has blacklisted me for what I don't know cause I don't even use MTN network. We are all affected by this covid pandemic but it doesn't mean that companies must use our details to Thier advantage. A simple investigation that I requested from MTN was not meat I don't know what's hard for MTN after submitting the required details. MTN needs to take Thier business serious. I want my name to be clean or else ism going to meet up with my lawyer and Sue MTN for tornishing my name for no reason since they fail to investigate my issue. I emailed Thier fraud department but they not helping me.
I have insured my cell phone on the 4 May2021 after purchase. The lady that assisted me explained to me on how to claim ,when to claim and how much i will pay if claiming before 90 days. sadly I had an accident which lead my cell in water damage. On the 29 May i went to Maphonya mall to report this matter, A lady by the name of KK served me and advised that the insurance will contact me soon on this regard. Now my concern is why does is take a weeks for the insurance to give a client a feedback on her claim. TFG Insurance is trying to be smart with me just because i claimed before they can even debit,subsequently they desist from debiting my account. This has left me frustrated because water damange cell phone must be repaired withnin a week before further damanges, now that they made me wait for weeks without communicating or even taking calls from HI Store . my cell is dead and now it can not be repaired. i dont advice anyone to ensure with this insurance they are pathetic and one can not relay on it. I will buy a new phone but definatly not at any TFG store they think they smart and they are selfish.for that matter i ask that they close my account i want nothing to do TFG STORES. will go and open an acount with Truworths raher.and will shop around for effictive insurance.

Im so disappointed in defy brand gosh to think it was the best brand over years. I bought a fridge months ago only to find that it was not working logged a call through the call centre:the consultant and managers are so not professional in dealling with issues. Eventually i got my refund after a big fight with the store AA wholesale where i purchased the fridge il never go back to that shop because of Sally that women is so rude.thereafter i bought a defy stove at makro its also fault the steel is changing into brown as if it an old stove.defy changed it but stil the new stove thy replaced it with is still the same i dont know what to do on friday 23 October went to makro store spoke to the manager he promised to log a call stil waiting to hear from defy. Defy pls if you cant afford to manufacture quality please close instead of misleading your customers.
I went to pay my Ackeman's at john Craig which i normally do surprisingly things has changed.now we forced to contribute R5 in order pay or else you cant be assisted. The lady by the name of Mbali from jabulani mall adviced that its a donation for Covid 19 kids or poor kids now : i thought donations has to be come out of a person's heart not by force or threats .this is a day light robbery we paying hight rate of interest for ackermans account and now i feel that Ackerman's is using thier customers to pay rates to partner john Craigs for rendering thier services for them which is unfair.this is disgusting covid 19 didn't not only affect retailers,we are also affected as customers and we try our very best to pay our account but to be distorted like this No no.my massage to Ackerman's if you cant afford to partner with john Craig please stop and dont use us for your partnership.
I can't put into words the pathetic, unprofessional service I received from Durban South Toyota. All their promises of rendering a professional service I've unfortunately not experienced in this current situation. Please here me out. Toyata has kept my car on their premises for 2 months just to assemble the engine. They started working on my car before I could see their quote and authorize them to commence with the repairs, then after sending emails complaining with regards to keeping my car for so long without giving me same sort of progress on it and not sending me the quote of the costs for repairs for 6 weeks , they eventually came back with a ridiculous quote of 17k and some rents which I disputed then the manager keegan promised to get back to me with a better quote which I'm still waiting for it to date .Now I'm in a predicament where they done work on my vehicle and I can't pay the required amount which I did not authorize. This has impacted my health (stressing every single day about my car) and left me struggling with transport.I was referred to Keegan which I gather is the manager, but all I got was unanswered emails and unretured phone calls. I've left countless amount of messages to no avail. I've never in all my life thought I will find myself in such a situation with a well known company, which all my family and cousins trusted and had been with Toyota for many years. The incompetence from what I thought was a reputable company is by far disappointing.I don't wish to speak to Sam mcunu the service adviser who failed to give me my quote before they can repair my car and keegan whom I complained to but failed to come back to me with solutions till today. I'm heart broken this gives me sleepless nights.
On the 5th of March 2019 I went to gateway shopping mall to pay my account. Then I meet preggy who saw my terrible skin and saw the opportunity to take advantage of me by convincing me to buy skin ++nutrition products which costed me R3000 and still didn't help me. She promised me that il never have ****les problems which I still do. Every time I go for my facial wen I tell her that I don't see the results she would ask me to buy another products saying it will give faster results which I didn't advised her that I will wait for the results of the products she made me buy so I see the results she promised I get. Last week sat I went to see her for my skin facial. she was not as friendly as she was when she made me buy her products and not keen to treat me after I told her that it's been months using the skin nutrition but I still look the same instead she saw another opportunity to make me her fool again by telling me of a different product which was not skin nutrition if I'm not mistaken . I got very angry and left the store. At first the skin nutrition she sold me were half inside the cleansing and moisturizer lasted me for a month and a half which was shocking. Preggy saw the opportunity of making money out of my bad skin situation instead of helping me it hurt so bad that I don't even want to set my foot at fochini store to think that I'm still paying for the lousy products that didn't help sicken me. I regret taking the skin nutrition consulteds advice cause I had told her that my plan was to see a dermatologist but no she convinced me that she's been with skin nutrition for years and it works wonders. Skin nutrition is expensive for nothing I should of added to that 3000 and saw a dermatologist.
